With SimplyFile, you select single or multiple emails, click a keyboard shortcut, then the app will show a window that proposes where the emails should go. I can now stay organized and clear my inbox in a snap. With a click or two I can save an email to the correct client folder. In one simple operation I can send an email, move the original email to the correct folder, and also save a copy of my reply email to the same folder. So efficient. SimplyFile also allows me to easily "jump" to any Outlook folder, where I can review all outgoing emails which were saved there, as well as all of my replies. While some case management programs claims to assist you with organizing and saving your case-related emails, SimplyFile actually does it with style and ease. I have never found such an elegant solution. And if you are more hands-on, and perhaps rely on keyboard commands to work faster, it doesn't get any better \[or faster\] than this\! Can you tell I am in love with this add-in? I am . They also offer QuickJump, which is equally brilliant, it allows you to "jump" to any Windows folder on your hard drive, bypassing the usual Windows File Explorer. No more drilling down to find a sub-folder. I can bypass the more cumbersome searching and clicking in my case manager and go directly to the folder by typing just a few letters of the folder name. > > **Puntos en contra**: No cons. I discovered "bonus features" which were saving me additional time within 30 minutes of installing the add-in.
