La facilidad de uso y su entorno gráfico amigable con el usuario.

Contras:

En algunas ocasiones, presenté problemas de sincronización de datos entre mis dispositivos.

Comentarios: En general muy buena, la sigo y seguiré usando por el momento.

Puntos a favor:

Herramienta muy buena, ya en su versión gratuita es generosa y puedes hacer mucho. Cumplo su misión, en mi caso medir el tiempo que dedico a mis tareas para luego ver las analíticas y poder ver donde se va más tiempo, en definitiva, poder optimizar el tiempo. La versión móvil está muy bien, y la sincronización multidispositivo es muy inmediata.

Contras:

A veces no resulta muy intuitiva cuando quieres trabajar a fondo tu workspace.

Ahora si puedes saber cuánto vale tu tiempo!

Comentarios: Llevo unos días probando Toggle Track y estoy muy sorprendido de la capacidad que tiene para permitirme medir estadísticamente la productividad y tiempos de ejecución de mis tareas diarias y proyectos a medio o largo plazo. Muy útil para poder establecer mejores precios si trabajas por horas o mejores presupuestos si trabajas en B2B.

Puntos a favor:

Me ha gustado mucho Toggl... Estoy actualmente en la versión gratuita y planteándome entrar a la suscripción permanente. He probado la herramienta por primera vez y es la mejor opción de rastreo de tiempo que conozco. Tiene otras funciones para trabajar tu project managment, pero medir tiempos de ejecución por proyecto o por tarea individual es su mejor característica.

Contras:

Encuentro ciertas diferencias sutiles de usabilidad entre la versión mobile y desktop. Pero bueno, será cuestión de acostumbrarse un poco. Al principio puede ser confusa asignar la medición de tiempo entre una tarea individual y que esta se sume al total del tiempo utilizado en un proyecto. Hay que ser preciso en el momento de crear dicha tarea dentro de un proyecto individual para que la medición sea correcta.

Uso la aplicación para hacer el cálculo de horas en el trabajo y después poder ver cuánto tiempo se dedica a cada cliente. Además de saber si he hecho horas extras o no. Me parece una herramienta increíble, sencilla y funcional en su versión gratuita. Imagino que de pago será mucho mejor.

Contras:

Quizás el tema de los colores para distinguir clientes o actividades. Necesitaría poder tener más variedad para visualmente poder clasificar más rápido.

Exelente gestor de proyectos por un precio muy accesible

Comentarios: Con más de 10 años de uso considero que es la mejor herramienta en version gratuita del mercado.

Permite gestionar rápidamente diferentes proyectso y clientes. Genera informes visuales y de datos.

Contras:

Se hecha en falta el poder signar costes a las horas de trabajo.

Toggl Track la herramienta más efectiva en el control de horarios en la empresa

Comentarios: Es una excelente herramienta en la empresa me ayudado a definir y controlar los horarios de los empleados y también es un sistema que me ayudado en teletrabajo es muy buena alternativa para cualquier empresa

Contras:

Todo el software está muy bien organizado y es perfecto para cualquier empresa

Comentarios: Mi experiencia ha sido inmejorable.

Puntos a favor:

Lo mejor son las extensiones de los navegadores y las conexiones con herramientas como Trello. Sin perder tiempo, puedes organizar tus tareas y ver en qué has tardado más o menos.

Contras:

Si tengo diferentes workspaces me añade pasos a mi workflow de trabajo para cambiar entre unos y otros.

Indispensable para mi trabajo

Es una herramienta fácil de usar y que me permite, gracias a su API, integrar con el sistema de facturación. Haciendo la gestión de cobranzas de los trabajos realizados mucho más ágil

Contras:

Quizás podría incluir un administrador de tareas.

Es muy práctico

Comentarios: Me parece una herramienta genial para el tipo de trabajo por horas para diferentes servicios, te permite sacar cada detalle de servicios por clientes, proyectos, usuarios... y eso me parece muy ágil.

Puntos a favor:

Prestamos servicios administrativos por horas para diferentes clientes y esta herramienta se adapta perfectamente a nuestras necesidades porque podemos ir anotando cada trabajo para cada cliente

Contras:

Al memorizar las tareas que se repiten y las etiquetas agilizan mucho la anotación de los servicios. El detalle de los servicios sale de una forma muy clara...

De momento no hay nada que no me guste. La herramienta me es muy útil y cubre las necesidades que tengo en este momento.

Indispensable para registra el tiempo

Comentarios: Una herramienta que me parece indispensable para administrar todos los aspectos de mi vida. Llevo un registro diario de todas las actividades y luego analizo los resultados para mejorar la eficiencia de mi trabajo y mi vida.

Puntos a favor:

La posibilidad de llevar a cabo un registro continuo (desde celular o web) del tiempo que demandan las distintas tareas me ha permitido organizarme más eficientemente.

Contras:

La versión app me cuesta un poco más utilizarla adecuadamente.

Bondades de Toggl

Comentarios: Me es muy útil sobre todo por su sistema de gráficos y estadísticas para la generación de reportes. Además no conlleva grandes esfuerzos para aprender a usar, es amigable e intuitiva.

Puntos a favor:

La facilidad para organizar el trabajo en el día a día y poder ver que tan productivo fue mi día.

Contras:

Que se pueden editar los tiempos de los proyectos y tareas.

Herramienta indispensable

Comentarios: Muy recomendable!

Puntos a favor:

Me encanta su sencillez, su integración con Asana hace que todo sea más fácil. Me permite ver en qué empleo mi tiempo para poder tomar decisiones que mejoren mi rentabilidad.

Contras:

A veces olvido parar el contador y sigue corriendo aún después de apagar mi ordenador. Aunque puedo corregirlo luego, creo que podrían incorporar algo que detecte inactividad y avise.

A Great Time Tracking Software!

Comentarios: I wasn't an admin user, so I'm not sure if this is a feature available to all users. However, I wish there were a way for me to receive notifications when I'm running low on time for a project. I believe this feature exists for admins, but I'm uncertain if it's available for regular team members.

It has a very clean interface! It is very easy to use and I love the reports and goals to help me feel productive.

Contras:

I really didn't have any issues with it.

Toggl is Fabulous for Time Tracking!

Comentarios: I've been using it for 5+ years and love it! Easy to use, easy to setup, and helpful for accountability on where your time is going.

Puntos a favor:

Toggl is easy to use! You can create projects easily, add team members, and get a great understanding of where your time is going on a daily, weekly, monthly, or annual basis.

Contras:

It sometimes randomly will open a new tab in your web browser to tell you about changes happening to Toggl.

Time manager lacking development

Comentarios: Initial program as previously indicated, easy setup, good initial price, but with a fairly high lack of development. We believe that this prevented us from having it as number one since our needs rose and we needed immediate data and access that the program did not provide us with.

Puntos a favor:

One of the first time management applications that we used in the team at my company Chevron, we really believe that it was the best but it lacked development, the strong point is that it is at an affordable price, long-term and major clauses could be modified benefits, on the other hand it gave rise to a culture of taking time in the company, before we did not have that capacity to realize the time we were wasting, and this application was originally a good test and started saving time as it should.

Contras:

Good time taking, but very limited, remote control did not work, difficult access to collaborators with a pin that did not reach, bad support among other characteristics.

Great starting time tracker

Comentarios: Overall, I think this is great basic time tracking software. It's easy to use and gives basic reports. It doesn't do much beyond that, so if you need more you'll need to get something else.

Puntos a favor:

It was perfect for starting out as a freelancer and keeping track of hours and projects. The free account was enough for me and 2 employees. I thought the set-up was fair and my team quickly picked up on how to use it. I also tested MyHours and thought Toggl was better. Both have responsive customer service.

Contras:

When the team got larger and projects more complicated, I needed to invest in something that I could do more

The best tracking tool out there

Comentarios: Great, my favourite time tracking tool. It's great that you can track time on your desktop app, web version, and app!

Puntos a favor:

Easy and visually appealing interface. I have tried other apps but I always come back to Toggl. As a visual person, I love Toggl Track's visual appeal and colour choice!

Contras:

Adding the Calendar view can fill up the screen and make it less visually appealing. When joining another organisation's plan my own plan's time entries got deleted so I had to manually re-enter them. In the end I had to create a separate Chrome profile to be able to access the other organisation's plan and track my time with them.

The perfect time-tracking tool

Comentarios: I have used Toggl for years; first on the free version for several years, and now on a paid subscription for advanced functions. It's a beautiful product and I recommend it to others all the time.

Puntos a favor:

This app makes it seamless to log and report out on my time. I love how easy it is to use, and the clean, beautiful visual design. The ability to add projects and tasks is also really useful in reporting and billing.

Contras:

I wish it were a little easier to leave and view notes on individual time entries; it would be helpful in writing detailed work summaries to go with client invoices.

Love it but expensive when have a team

Comentarios: Love it so much but with a growing team I might need to look for alternatives since the price is a bit high.

Puntos a favor:

How user friendly it is! I've easily been able to add clients and it's so easy to switch between tasks. I also love how the tab shows the timer time- it's a feature that I love since sometimes I will switch to a difference task but forget to update Toggl but when I see the timer running it reminds me to update the task or just get a read on how long I've been working on a task.

Contras:

I recently hired a team member and realized I need to upgrade Toggl in order to run any reports with the team member' time. It is really expensive to be on a paid plan especially since this team member only works 5ish hours a month. Wish there were lower cost options for small teams. I also help my clients do time audits and usually this is a barrier to entry when there are a lot of team members.

Great time tracking app!

There are many ways to view the hours you’ve logged and you can log hours for multiple organizations with one free account. It’s a very comprehensive app overall

Contras:

The mobile app lacks the different calendar views the website. I am not sure how to use the analytics features and I am confused by how you save different layouts. Maybe it’s something that becomes more clear with the paid versions.
