> **Puntos en contra**: Their lack of consideration in changing the Amazon seller review request to 5 days without notifying us and their greed to make the delay a feature in a much more costly $129/month subscription.  Also, there is nothing Jungle Scout can offer which Keepa and Helium10 cannot.

> I wanted to share our recent experience with Jungle Scout regarding their Amazon seller review request settings.&#10;&#10;We previously had our requests configured for 30 days post-purchase, which allowed our customer service team enough time to resolve any issues. This resulted in a feedback rating of over 90%. However, Jungle Scout recently changed this setting to 5 days without notification, moving the ability to customize that delay behind a $129/month subscription upgrade.&#10;&#10;As a result of this change, our Amazon review ratings dropped to approximately 70% over a four-month period before we identified the cause. Due to these practices, we have decided to stop using Jungle Scout entirely.&#10;&#10;We have since switched to FeedbackFive by eComEngine, which offers better features and lower costs for time-delayed feedback requests. Given our experience, we can no longer recommend Jungle Scout.
