I especially lament that my volunteers are now indicated as "pending" until I manually approve them individually. Since I am not at my desk 24/7, this has had a negative impact on our volunteer relationship. At this time, our board cannot justify the upgraded version's cost and I fear that we will have to look for another free option if the capabilities continue to become more time consuming, confusing, and off-putting for our staff \& volunteers. > > Point revolutionized our volunteer relationship when we signed up last year. It is so nice to be able to create quick reports, especially for various groups that need their own hours documented. It has been frustrating that I had to work hard to convince my team and the board of directors that we needed to implement Point by enumerating all its free capabilities, only for those capabilities to become part of the paid version over time. I feel like every month or so, I have to rework our processes because we lost an ability that had been available before.
