I was charged for an annual subscription I will never use. When I contacted customer support to politely explain my mistake, I was attended to by anonymous representatives who did not follow up on my case and did nothing to help me. Any other service out there would have just suggested a partial refund and a cancellation at the least, but their tactic is just referring to their non-refund policy and ignoring the customer's issue. I will make sure none of the companies I work with will ever be involved with this service. You can't view the test questions, so it's a leap into the unknown as a first time user. If you customise a screening question and need to edit it - you can't. You have to delete it and start again. You have to subscribe for a year. As a first time user from a small start up, we probably would have paid for a plan for a month or two - but can't justify the cost for an entire year for one hire.
