The platform is intuitive and user friendly. The new user interface allows our recruiters to communicate continuously and seamlessly with candidates. The calender feature has saved our recruiters the constant phone-tag game of trying to schedule candidates and hiring managers for phone and in-person interviews. We use XOR within the healthcare recruiting space and have been able to speed up the hiring process (time to fill) by an average 4.5 days.
