Virus definition updates can be obtained directly from HelpSystems for each server or loaded to a central server for testing and distribution to enterprise systems 'in network', reducing exposure to outside connections.  Scanning settings allow custom choices including types of objects to scan and whether before and/or after is required.

> **Puntos a favor**: I have a small staff and could not afford a bunch of extra time managing an antivirus. After initial setup PowerTech Antivirus  is pretty much hands off.  It will pull in updates when you scheduled it and it will scan the IFS when you scheduled it.
