Particularly I have tried both the Android and the Amazon Fire TV stick versions, and experienced serious usability problems. Their UIs are confusing, at best. Regarding the actual service, it is not infrequent to be unable to establish the secure connection. Another outstanding one is that security protocols they claim to support are not clear at all, so basically you are unsure of the kind of protection you are getting. > > This VPN service provider offers basic features, in their website they quote a review that mentions "X-VPN is a decent VPN service with progressive features", so clearly it is still far from the big players.
