There online service sucked and I had to call in because I was coming in on a business trip and using a rental car and had to ask how to secure my space witout knwing my car or license number until pick up. > > **Puntos en contra**: Misleading services being sold. The address for the lot they sent me to was wrong. I drove around Philly for aboiut 50 minutes lost. When I called I also found out the lot did not allow in and out. Info I should have been told at order. > > Horrible service, booked a space for a business trip. The address they sent me for the lot was wrong so I was lost. I aslo found out when I got an email the lot did not allow in and out parking. I'm there on a business trip with a rental and if I did use the service I would not be allowed back into the parking lot if I went out on any appopintments. I called and found out about the worng address and on the call found out no in and out. When I told them to cancel this, I am not going to be able to use they came back and said the could offer me a $5. credit but they would not cancel as the reservation start time had just passed. I told them I had been lost due to their error. I will not pay this charge. Gone are the days of driving in circles or breaking the bank for a decent parking spot. SpotHero makes it easy to type in the area you're going to and then gives you a map view of all the parking spots in the vicinity, along with price. If you have a change of plans you can simply cancel the reservation and refund it back to the original source. I love how simply it is to use. What I love more is how easy is makes finding parking. > > **Puntos en contra**: I'm not sure if SpotHero takes large sporting events or concerts into mind when updating their system. I had one experience of purchasing a reservation, only to arrive and see that the entire lot was reserved for a baseball game.
