Comentarios: With Qarrot we have made our employees feel good emotionally, which generates excellent teamwork.

Thanks to the tools of Qarrot we give our employees the necessary social recognition that generates a good work environment and great motivation. The best thing is the automatic function to celebrate the achievements and the campaigns of points and incentives.
Contras:
It took a few hours to fully integrate qarrot, but it works perfectly.

Puntos a favor:
I love that it is customizable to adapt to our smaller organization. I also enjoy the automation of our employee birthdays and anniversaries. Qarrot helps us as an organization stay connected to each other even though we have branches spread across 4 different communities. I also enjoy that we can customize the rewards to include small business within our communities.
Contras:
I wish there was a page similar to a marketplace. We have branches spread out over 4 communities and a wide variety or employees in different stages of life. It would just be another way to connect employees and help each other out.
not worth it
Comentarios: It sucks that the VISA gift card vendors changed and now it has become a big issue in trying to get or use one. There are a lot of businesses that do not accept the Visa gift card that you guys provide.
Puntos a favor:
I like the quantity of the reward programs.
Contras:
That the rewards are not available for international employees.

Comentarios: Excellent - only wish we could choose our own amounts.

Its amazing how we can earn Qarrots toward Paid Days Off.
Contras:
That we cannot just choose our own amounts (up to our limits of course) to give to someone. After my coworkers husband passed I wanted to give her my full 200 allotted but I had to do it in numerous increments as there is no way for me to choose 200.

Puntos a favor:
The recognition and gift cards. I like the gift card options. I only get Esso gift card so I am glad there is at least one gift card I can get.
Contras:
Would be great if I can get etransfer to my bank account option. I only redeem Esso gift cards but if I didn't drive the other option would be restaurants or Amazon. Otherwise adding Walmart gift card would be an alternative option if available.
