> **Puntos a favor**: I love that I can use it for both booking clients and for my course bookings all in one system. &#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Client Bookings are now so easy as used to spend precious time emailing trying to find a suitable time slot and now clients can check out all options and book and it takes payment at time of book - other systems I researched wanted extra money to do this. &#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;It has been easy to use and the support when I have had problems has been quick and responsive.

> **Puntos en contra**: Omnify is a growing product so there has been a few glitches as it develops but the support team have been very responsive to correct and the development plans they have will take this from been a very good product to and really great one. &#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;My life coaching clients are international and at present the appointment booking does not allow them to change to their own time zone to view appointments which has caused a few difficulties when they have time zone converted incorrectly but understand this is in development.

The value it provides is undeniable, but the best part is how it has completely eliminated the constant stream of text messages asking about class availability. Now, everything is transparent and automated, giving us our time back while providing a professional experience for our fitness community.&#10;&#10;Also another very important point, is that when you have an issue or question, they have an actual person talking to you on their online chat. Human interaction is crucial and we love how when we message them, we get a quick message back\!

The customer service they offer is great and there is always someone to talk to if need be.&#10;&#10;But the only few things we can think of would be.. &#10;1. The small glitches that can happen with any platform&#10;2. Being unable to delete clients off our "inactive/leads" which adds to our total clients (which was not like this before) &#10;3. Having to manually approve "class packs" when a client books a class pack. Because if clients get out of the page, and then go back in before they booked a class, that particular class or classes would not come off the new pass, so we have to then approve the pass and then re-credit them etc.&#10;If there was a way to have "pay later" enabled button with also an option to auto approve the pass, that would be super helpful.

Firstly, the inability to re-add a cancelled class to the schedule without creating a redundant class is problematic. This not only clutters the services but also causes confusion when reviewing past classes on the calendar. Additionally, the emails being sent exclusively in PST, without clear labeling, adds to the confusion for attendees in different time zones.&#10;&#10;The reporting feature is currently unreliable. Often, when I attempt to generate a report, it downloads with zero rows, despite there being data available. This issue is impacting our ability to access necessary information.&#10;&#10;It is challenging that transferring existing clients to an existing family is not possible. This limitation affects our ability to streamline client management and could impact our efficiency. &#10;&#10;Lastly, I find it limiting that the current system only allows searches by the head of the family in the Clients section. This restriction makes it challenging to research enrollments effectively. It would be beneficial to have the capability to search by all family members to streamline the process.
