We use it extensively on a daily basis. Whenever an issue comes up we just have to call the team and they get everything sorted. Have even customized features to make the program work better for us. While it is a good program and I have no particular gripes it is the absolutely amazing customer service that is the single most irreplaceable feature. Customers often ask for discounts and our ability to give them is tied to how long an item has been in stock. We also have a lot of consignment items so being able to tell at a glance how long a piece has been in would help us stay on top of scheduled markdowns. > > Very positive. So you can type it in and scan it in. The online sales look up really saved my cashiers time in receiving phon calls to check sales. Now sellers can check online at anytime. \[sensitive content hidden\] are always helpful and we have been running smoothly for years.
