Comentarios: Desde que se implemento ha sido de gran ayuda para la administración por lo cual si que lo recomiendo!

Puntos a favor:

Destaco bastante el aspecto que tiene y lo sencillo que se ve por lo que lo hace muy intuitivo además de que permite hacer seguimientos precisos a los clientes que manejamos.

Contras:

Aveces presenta fallas en las cuales el soporte al cliente no es tan bueno para lar resolución de las mismas.

Great for our growing multi-service wellness studio!

We have used Wellness Living software for our business for almost four years, and I've been impressed with its ability to grow and evolve with our small business. We offer 1:1 appointments, small group classes, and workshops and this robust software meets all of these scheduling needs. Wellness Living is different than any other software we have used. They make real effort as a company to communicate, answer questions, provide helpful resources, and listen to user feedback, and they are continuously striving to meet the needs of the businesses they serve and evolve with the industry.

Contras:

Wellness Living is a robust system, and there are a lot of features and settings that can be customized to different business needs. This means set up can take some time, and it could be more than some businesses need.

Love the service Wellness Living provides.

Comentarios: I love the ease of the scheduling for myself and my staff. I was building my own schedule every week and it was exhausting. No other platform fit with my type of business. Wellness Living had exactly what I needed and helped me get started with ease. I have also utilized their client app and FitBuilder and recently have opted into their website building. I love the education and support they give to all of their clients. So grateful for them for my business!

The ease of scheduling for my staff. I can schedule classes/trainings/staff all in one.

Contras:

I haven't had many issues but I find it a little difficult to reach them through any avenue other than email. Sometimes I need a quick response and fix.
