It is one of the most intelligent and talented teams that I have worked with.Second - The user interface, and ease of use, made the implementation go that much smoother.Third - After implementation, the support didn't stop. As we shifted all MFG scheduling over to TACTIC, we discovered additional changes we wanted to make. Waterloo was there with the support and even offered suggestions.Last but definitely the biggest/most important Pro -  This software works\! All of the pros above are amazing, but when you get more than you expected from every part of TACTIC, there isn't much room for complaint.

We manage a specialty food business and configured TACTIC to schedule two separate continuous manufacturing processes.  The entire scheduling cycle has reduced dramatically and we can navigate around issues that previously created bottlenecks and unnecessary downtime.  TACTIC is very powerful and highly configurable to meet all types of business processes and needs.
