Permite integrar todas la tares de un departamento de RRHH en una misma plataforma online sin muchas complicaciones.

Contras:

La curva de aprendizaje al principio es bastante elevada pero merece la pena.

Solución de RRHH total para pymes

Puntos a favor:

A diferencia de otros programas de HR valoramos positivamente la solución de gestión de la compensación para generar planes específicos para cada empleado sin muchas cargas administrativas.

Contras:

La interfaz al principio resulta poco intuitiva y compleja de gestionar.

Gestión de resursos humanos

Comentarios: Es una herramienta de gran ayuda tanto para empleados como para el personal de recursos humanos.

Puntos a favor:

Es una herramienta muy completa para la gestión de recursos humanos, vacaciones y datos de la compañía. Se puede configurar para ver de forma rápida la estructura organizativa de la compañía y poder ver quien es tu responsable y en qué área te encuentras.

Contras:

El precio es elevado, si es una compañía grande puede asumirlo sin problemas, pero para empresas más pequeñas puede resultar un handicap.

Software potente y con excelente servicio de soporte

Comentarios: Compañía con mensaje y estrategia muy transparente, siempre dispuestos a ayudar. El sistema tiene continuas mejoras que incorporan sin coste.

Puntos a favor:

Cezanne es una herramienta con la última tecnología pero cuenta con una funcionalidad súper completa, a diferencia de otras herramientas nuevas que carecen de muchas funciones. El equipo de soporte en España es una pasada, te ayudan con todo lo que necesitas, puedes si necesitas hablar por teléfono o incluso en videollamada, no sólo chat o mail.

Contras:

No tienen gestión de nóminas para España

Comentarios: Se trata de un software modular, con un corto tiempo de implementación y con una gran flexibilidad para la configuración y su adaptación a los procesos corporativos de Talento.

Puntos a favor:

Las ventajas de Cezanne HR son su flexibilidad y capacidad de adaptarse a los procesos corporativos sin tener que hacer desarrollos a medida. Es una plataforma modular, que permite implementarse y desplegarse con facilidad de escalabilidad. Tiene un gran sistemas de reporting y facilidad para trabajar con la información recogida en el sistema. Un tiempo de implementación corto.

Contras:

Puedes ser autosuficiente en la gestión y configuración de la plataforma. Pero hay que tener un nivel muy alto a nivel tecnológico para poder realizar algunas de las configuraciones.

Facilidad a la hora de personalizar las pantallas

Comentarios: Mi experiencia es muy positiva. Lo recomiendo a empresas que tengan el tema de nómina resuelto y quieran para la gestión de Recursos Humanos una herramienta fácil de implentar y muy flexible

Puntos a favor:

La flexibilidad a la hora de poder personalizar las etiquetas de las diferentes pantallas.

Contras:

Echo en falta mayor autonomía a la hora de acceder a la base de datos para poder extraer la información con las consultas cruzadas que a veces se necesitan.

Cezanne un aliado en HR

Puntos a favor:

Lo más interesante es la flexibilidad para poder adaptar el software a las necesidades propias de nuestra empresa. El equipo de implementación facilita mucho el proceso y son grandes profesionales con una respuesta rápida en todo momento. Además el equipo de atención al cliente da un buen servicio, resolviendo las incidencias a través del portal de manera inmediata.

Contras:

La parte mejorable es la APP que debería de incluir más funcionalidades.

Funcionalidad potente, facilidad de uso y mejor servicio al cliente

Comentarios: Excelente de principio a fin. Desde la presentación de la herramienta, hasta la formación, pasando por las actualizaciones periódicas, haciendo fácil, incluso los procesos más complejos.

Puntos a favor:

La cobertura funcional, la sencillez y, sobre todo, el servicio de atención al cliente y soporte

Contras:

Por decir algo, el precio. Aunque, si lo miras en global, es un poco más alto que el resto de competidores porque las funcionalidades y los servicios también son más amplios.

Valoración muy positiva de Cezanne HR

es un software fácil de utilizar, y lo que más destacaría es el servicio al cliente, super eficientes y rapidos.

Contras:

poder integrar el modulo de nómina en españa, o desarrollar alguna función para poder registrar pluses.

Útil y completa

Comentarios: Positiva y util.
Facilidad con el equipo a la hora de implementarla. Siempre están a tu disposición cuando tienes dudas.

Puntos a favor:

La cantidad de reportes, datos, información que puedes manejar con un click. Facilidad en los reportes.

Contras:

En ocasiones es dificil encontrar algo concreto debido a la gran cantidad de cosas que puedes realizar con Cezanne.

Good features for the price, it does what we need it to

Puntos a favor:

The forms are a nice feature as it's helped us to keep everything in one place. The approvals work nicely, especially for recruitment considering it's not an ATS.

Contras:

Not everything is logical and it's easy to get stuck sometimes when setting up new processes. The integration was not as smooth as we had hoped, but this was rectified once we raised a concern.

Great all Round HR system and a great support team

Comentarios: Overall the systems implementation has gone very smoothly, with any issues quickly being resolved by the team at Cezanne. We are now working towards BAU in the company and all of our employees have found the system to be straightfoward to use.

Puntos a favor:

The team behind Cezanne were definitely the best part of the system, they made implementation go smoothly and were always there to offer support as soon as we needed it, especially [sensitive content hidden]! I also like how much you can tailor the system to your specific company needs.

Contras:

There are a few issues, but these are mostly small issues like not being able to add signatures to forms such as the probation reviews.

Cezanne not very intuitive

For the end user it's very simple and display looks good.

To set up various processes, security functions etc it seems quite long winded and clunky

Cezanne - HaPPi

Comentarios: Positive, implementation expert has been very supportive in guiding us through the systems we are looking forward to a our launch.

Puntos a favor:

We are in the processes of deploying Cezanne HR to all our staff, feedback so far is how easy it is to view and amend details in self service portal. We like the custom workflows and ability to manage tasks within the application.

Contras:

The reference to Military and the Services, and that we are not able to remove this from the applications for Admins.

Comentarios: From the start I have had fantastic support from the team who have helped us to set up to make things work for us.

It has simplified a lot of the HR admin that we used to do manually.

Contras:

There are occasional things that are not intuitive but the helpdesk is super quick at helping you work things out.

Great System for a growing Company

Comentarios: Great, I cannot fault it, I cannot see a reason to need to change provider anytime soon.

Puntos a favor:

Its flexible, the customer service is great and if things do not go right, they put it right.

Contras:

InRecruiting - the module is not that dynamic for an ATS of 2024.

HR Advisor

Comentarios: In the beginning I found Cezanne not very user friendly and was hard to get my head around. However with Cezanne's helpdesk and video calls I am more or less up to speed with it. Overall it is a decent system that needs some updates to certain things like the limited mobile app .

Puntos a favor:

The built in analytic reports makes reporting on different departments and shifts very easy which is ideal in my job role.

Contras:

Can't set up a notification for when a employee deletes holiday. This sometimes causes an issue when we have them down as on holiday but then they say they have been working.

Cezanne is easy to use, it makes my life easier every day.

Contras:

Nothing really, sometimes it take a while to remember all of the Administrator functions but once the system is set up it is fairly maintenance free,

Easy user friendly system from an administrator and employee perspective, lots of customisation options so that you can make it the right fit for the company.

The mobile app is currently quite limited, it covers the basics though and I am sure will be built on.

Comentarios: Generally very good and works how is required. A few user focused additions such as recurring time off could be useful.

Puntos a favor:

It is useful to use for the core functions of booking time off and gathering overtime

Contras:

Sometimes putting in absence requests can be a little long winded, especially if you wanted to book say a recurring friday off for 4 weeks you would need to do 4 seperate booking requests.

I cannot find a How To guide so always have to ask a colleague

Comentarios: Very happy experience, Cezanne go above and beyond for any requests or projects we have raised with them.

Puntos a favor:

The user interface is easy to use and clear, with sensible headings making navigation simple. Like the fact the payroll module bolts on and is seamless, meaning we can successfully submit payroll on time and correctly each month.

Contras:

Initial training was quite short meaning there was a level of self training to be undertaken, but the Cezanne team have always been supportive and responsive if we have had any queries.

A simple and intuitive system

Comentarios: A good experience - we did not have anything similar before, and it's really handy to have everything together in one place. Booking and viewing holidays is now very simple

Puntos a favor:

Nice and quick to use - very intuitive. Clear menus and several different views available (eg calendar or list views of booked holiday). Good to have everything useful together

Contras:

It signs you out a little quickly. Would like more customisation of being able to view different colleagues' holidays (rather than just your line reports and your line manager's other reports)
