They have plenty of staff to review your needs and provide solutions. Offering video help tutorials are key, and they provide a bunch to you either that are pre-recorded or to your specific asks. Being able to incorporate this software on a WordPress website allows us to continue to have our brand and familiarity with a new user experience without ever leaving our website. > > **Puntos en contra**: Maybe there are too many options right out of the gate. You may need a bit of hand holding through your first few projects. Being able to copy projects for future use is key. You're able to set a project to your exact liking then just use that as a template for your new projects. Key integrations like QuickBooks aren't clearly tied to tiers in the sales presentation. Development support at our tier covers only small tweaks. We received no substantive response to refund requests after the initial policy message. > > We're a nonprofit with a blend of services that isn't standard, so we took our time. We began researching and doing demos last fall and narrowed our decision in May 2026. During sales, we asked detailed questions and were told our needs had a solution. One of our main needs was scheduling tied to invoicing. Calendly came up as the natural option, but it's only a scheduler and isn't connected to invoicing, so it didn't fit. Our sales rep then found a workaround, demonstrated it (including a custom build sample), and told us development might adjust it but that it was doable. Our agreement began June 1. We submitted a detailed requirements spreadsheet and had a consultation call, with the rest handled by email. Development built the workaround differently from what sales had shown us. Calendly was then brought up again, and we looked at it a second time, but it still wouldn't connect to our invoicing and would recreate the manual work we're trying to eliminate. Development explained that the only route to what we needed was a large build with updates required year over year, which isn't sustainable for an organization that adds and removes services. At our tier, development is also not available for large custom work, only small tweaks. We concluded the workaround was a band-aid and terminated in July. We also didn't realize our tier (SMB, 1-year) didn't include the QuickBooks Online sync that caught our eye. The presentation named the plan but didn't show the sync or list what the tier included, and we had to find the breakdown on their website ourselves. The related feature suite would have been an additional charge. Our payment was upfront (three payments of $1,600, $4,800 total, for a locked-in rate). When we asked about a refund, we received a copy of the policy and then no further response, despite phone and email follow-ups through August and September with multiple people, including our sales rep and the customer service email. Advice for other buyers: if your needs are unusual, especially if you need scheduling and billing to work together, ask directly whether the platform does it natively or only through a custom workaround, and whether that workaround will be built and maintained at your tier. During my most busiest season my scheduled emails did not work, and still do not. I reached out at the end of april/early may to let them know of the issue, and camp ends the end of july and they still do not work. She was fantastic\! However, once I needed customer service support the experience lacked what I needed.
