### "Computer software not keeping records straight" — 1.0/5

> My vets office uses this software, so I have no first hand knowledge on the ease of use.  On Oct. 18, 2013,  I went in with my 5 dogs.  One dog that I adopted in Feb. of 2013 and has just turned 1 year old,  did  not have a  record of the shots they had given or him being neutered by them.   Even though they had no record of that,  the system did show him getting service in 2000 and that he was euthanized in 2004.  He was not even born in 2004.   There was another one of my dogs that was euthanized on that same date in 2004.  Thankfully I had copies of  this dogs records here at home.  This really bothers me that my vets office due to this software cannot keep track of my animals history in an accurate manner any longer.   From what little bit I have heard, they wait weeks for this company to call them back to resolve an issue with the software.   I cannot believe they actually spent money on a program like this with a company from what I have heard only has 1 person doing tech support.

> **Puntos a favor**: It was affordable and definitely has free trial. You may wanna try and explore it. You may want to search features.
