Puntos a favor:
Me gusta que el software no cobra comisiones por cada entrada vendida, sino que ofrece planes mensuales o anuales según el número de eventos y de asistentes.
Contras:
Esta bastante interesante, pero debo seguir usándolo.
Eficazmente
Puntos a favor:
Es sumamente importante ya que hace fácil llevar a cabo actividades indispensables en nuestro uso.
Contras:
Hasta ahora nada, ya que todo me parece importante

Ticket Tailor
Comentarios: Amazing. Great product, and perfect for freelancers who need flexible payment options.
Puntos a favor:
Great UI and guided setup. Ease of use. Awesome integrations with personal website.
Contras:
Could be easier to set up integrations with physical payment systems. This lack of clarity was enough to keep from going that route, but easy to work around.
Christmas party fundraiser
Comentarios: Generally good for everything we needed it for however I spent £48 on credits to get started so should have priced the tickets £1 more to cover costs but was too late as I had already told people prices. Feel that fund raising events should be free tickets or just part of the fee as I had to but credits and also customers pay fee too.
Puntos a favor:
Door list export Overview revenue and income sales
Contras:
Having to buy credits initially which I personally paid as I’m just an organiser. Didn’t realise this as I thought it was all done through fees so I am £48 less myself.
Alternativas consideradas: Eventbrite
Razones para cambiar a Ticket Tailor: Thought it was free to setup and did it all then found out had to buy credits for tickets over a certain amount
Excellent Price
Comentarios: Overall, for the price it does the function necessary for a lower price that other platforms. If the platform was a little easier to use and easier for customers to find this would be helpful.
Puntos a favor:
As a small business owner, I love the low ticket fees and functionality of being able to sell a ticket online. I've used this software for lots of events.
Contras:
The ease of use and look of the software is not as nice as their competitors. Ticket tailor does not easily allow customers to find tickets without a direct link. Other platforms allow customers to easily find tickets when searching online.
Alternativas consideradas: Brown Paper Tickets y Eventbrite
Razones para cambiar a Ticket Tailor: Price
Excellent customer service / support for a good, reliable system - ticks all the boxes.
Comentarios: Excellent customer service and support for a good and reliable system - ticks all the boxes. A good system. Effective.
Puntos a favor:
Excellent customer support for the system which is generally reliable and straightforward to use. Good integration with Stripe for payments. Free events are fee free and the fees for paid events are fair.
Contras:
The waitlist functionality needs improvement.
Alternativas consideradas: SimpleTix
Razones para elegir Ticket Tailor: Eventbrite suddenly started charging for free events. Payment processing was very expensive. The customer support declined from poor to dire.
Software anterior: Eventbrite
Razones para cambiar a Ticket Tailor: British, local, good system, excellent pre-purchase support, excellent customer support.
Tennis Club Feedback
Comentarios: Very positive. It has been a real help to us in our ticketing and running of our social events.
Puntos a favor:
The system was really easy to learn and use as an administrator.
Contras:
Nothing. Everything seemed to work in just the way I expected it would.
Alternativas consideradas: Eventbrite
Razones para elegir Ticket Tailor: Cost was lower, functionality richer and ease of use greater.
Software anterior: Eventbrite
Razones para cambiar a Ticket Tailor: As above. Cost, functionality and usability
Good for charities
Comentarios: I've loved it. Did a lot of research before committing, but it's not let me down. I've recommended to other charities.
Puntos a favor:
Easy to use. Good for small charities like ours. Seems to generate more donations.
Contras:
Would like a better choice of image for the pages - but that's the only thing I can think of.
Easy to use and great advanced features
Comentarios: Overall I am loving ticket tailor. The service is so easy to use and when I had to contact customer service to inquire about sending emails, they responded quickly and were lovely to interact with and solved my problem quickly.
Puntos a favor:
It's so easy to use and I love the added "advanced" ticket features.
Contras:
I had to put in my credit card to be able to send reminder emails to my ticket holders.
Easy Transition
Comentarios: Very positive! The events are easy to create, you receive the ticket sales straight away and there are much more reasonable booking fees for our audience.
Puntos a favor:
Much lower booking fees and veryeasy to use!
Contras:

Puntos a favor:

Outstanding Ticketing Service
Puntos a favor:
Ticket Tailor is a wonderful ticketing solution for my online and in person events. The pricing is great, but even more is that the customer experinece is excelleng. My clients have remarked at how easy it is to use and work with - from reviewing events to purchase. I love that and so do they.
Contras:
The WordPress widget is not great and does not have any way to customize or make more user friendly. If this were resolved they would be a 10/10.
Alternativas consideradas: Eventbrite
Razones para elegir Ticket Tailor: Ticket tailor is easier to set up a variety of ticketing types. And the interface is easier for my clients to use and underestand. Much more intuitive. And overall the pricing is better.
Software anterior: Acuity Scheduling
Razones para cambiar a Ticket Tailor: I liked the pricing and options avaialble with Ticket Tailor. I wish that Facebook was not in cahoot with Eventbrite, but that can be navigated. Overall, I think Ticket Tailor is a better product.
Great SaaS box office provider
Comentarios: Very good. They're a good company that is really responsive to their users.
Puntos a favor:
I do ticketing for my comedy club via Ticket Tailor and have been very happy with it. The lowest fee structure of ANYTHING I've worked with, and very good overall feature set. I highly recommend this one to everyone I know in the industry!
Contras:
Some things aren't there that other platforms have. Some of the features from Eventbrite for google/facebook pixels make them MUCH easier to configure, but they have simple work arounds in place to still use them.
Alternativas consideradas: Brown Paper Tickets
Razones para elegir Ticket Tailor: Price, and the lack of support unless you pay even more.
Software anterior: Eventbrite
Razones para cambiar a Ticket Tailor: Price, and had used brown paper in the past. Really just looking for something new.
Ticket Tailor
Comentarios: Very good bar the 'User experience' elements listed above - sort those ourt and its 5 stars all the way.
Puntos a favor:
Easy to use, user friendly and suits our needs well. Lots o functionality that works well but a few areas could do with tweaking (see below). Friendly and helpful Customer Services team and quick to respond when required.
Contras:
There are a few obvious improvements that would help manage events especially in these uncertain times. 1. The App (Tazotix) doesn't allow you to refund a ticket directly from it (like one of main competitors) This would be hugely useful and cant see the coding being massively difficult to implement 2. Once published there is no way of selecting a number of events to make a generic change. Amendment to published events is therefore a bit labour intense especially as each change requires a tick box to confirm and then a wait while page reloads. It'd be great to be able to select a number of published events and 'edit all selected' as an option. That said, as it stands i would still recommend ticket tailor to others and will continue to use the platform for the foreseeable.
Ticket Tailor boosts our fundraising
Comentarios: Overall, Ticket Tailor meets all of our needs. The price point is optimal, they generously offer a discount for our nonprofit organization, it is easy to use, and customer service is responsive and helpful. The customer service representatives respond quickly and provide all of the information I am searching for. It integrates seamlessly with our website and into emails. With Ticket Tailor, we have been able to encourage advanced ticket sales and maximize our fund raising efforts.
Puntos a favor:
This product is user friendly and allows us to customize the tickets, events, and images to the extent that we need. Often, I have used products that are either easy to use and don't have customization or have customizing options but are too complex. Ticket Tailor is well-balanced. We are a small, nonprofit organization so limiting expenditures on events is critical to our ability to use the funds for programming. Ticket Tailor's pricing makes it possible for us to maximize fundraising efforts. We now use it for every fundraising event.
Contras:
For our events, Ticket Tailor meets all of our ticketing and registration needs. In the past, we were struggling with no feature to create tables, but that feature was recently added. There really isn't anything we have seen missing from the platform.
Game changing process
Comentarios: I can't recommend Ticket Tailor more highly. It's literally changed my life! As new micro community business owner, I'm not yet earning much money and can't really justify a website, but then I found Ticket Tailor. It behaves like a website and acts as a platform for me to promote my community events. It's very user friendly and it's easy to edit details, duplicate events, change tickets, customise the message the customer receives after they've booked etc. But when I do get a website, it will intergrate within it. Plus Ticket Tailor has loads of features I haven't yet explored properly like adding products to upsell and creating a private community. Its more straightforward than Eventbrite and I love all the customisable options. 10/10 from me!
Puntos a favor:
Everything! From ease of use, to customisations, to branded colours etc, to choice of integrations, to scanning in app, to transparent costs, to customer service.
Contras:
I'd like to be able to add details of sponsors for my events.
Good Platform
Comentarios: It is a good platform to support organizing events. You can make managing easy.
Puntos a favor:
Fast & easy. It operates 24 hours. Can buy tickets from any where.
Contras:
I need some patience to learn the system and IT
First time user loving it and finding very easy to interact with
Comentarios: Very positive and I'm motivated to continue using Ticket Tailor for other events. Thanks for being out there
Puntos a favor:
I had never used something like this before and wondered how it would go. Ticket Tailor has proven to be very user friendly and worthwhile, thanks!
Contras:
Maybe some different graphics options Perhaps a video that shows you how to move objects around on the event page
First time user
Comentarios: Positive and patrons have found it easy to book.
Puntos a favor:
I like how personalised I can make my event page and there's no min/max guests for events and a need to commit to more than one event at a time.
Contras:
Some of the navigation on the home page is unclear - but I think I need to get to know the platform better.
Easy to use and cheap
Puntos a favor:
This was our first time using online ticketing. I searched through various ticketing platforms, some with ridiculous fees, and found TicketTailor, which had the lowest fees. It was a breeze to use. It was easy to set up, worked like a charm, and everything went smoothly. When you set it up and then never have to think about it again, you know that's a good system!
Contras:
Hm, I guess I'd like to be able to sell a sponsorship package that includes numerous tickets.
Works brilliantly in schools
Puntos a favor:
As the Creative Arts faculty of a large secondary school, we were unhappy with the normal school solution for payments. We couldn't create seat plans, and only parents could make bookings. So we made the decision to use an external company to handle the bookings for our shows. After a lot of research, we settled on Ticket Tailor. It has completely transformed the booking experience for our parents (as well as wider families and friends), and is so easy to use from our point of view. People can't get over how professional it looks, and we have been able to keep track of ticket sales from Day One. We cannot recommend Ticket Tailor highly enough. Thank you!!
Contras:
Admittedly, we are novices, but there is nothing I can think that needs altering at this stage.
Great product
Comentarios: Very easy, strongly recommend to any event organiser working in open venues.
Puntos a favor:
Very easy to use across multiple timezones and currencies, the duplicate feature in particular is great.
Contras:
The switch from monthly to token based charging was irritating but outweighed by the platform's utility.
Easy to use
Comentarios: Easy to use
Puntos a favor:
Ease of use and straightforward platform, quick to be paid
Contras:
Would like a clearer and stricter cancellation policy
First time with e-ticketing
Comentarios: For many years we have run Santa events with high quality cardboard tickets sold from our premises or bought through PayPal and posted out. We have also sold tickets on the day. Covid meant none of that was possible and we were very anxious about moving to e-ticketing. From the very start the product was very easy to use and customise and more importantly integrated very well with our website and our customers found it easy to use. The support team have been exceptional - answering queries at all hours when I'd reached a problem. What I love with their support team is that they never say- just click this option as though you were an idiot- they are very friendly always explained or linked to tutorials so you can understand in more detail.
Puntos a favor:
Very easy to set up an event, able to copy event to save time/mistakes. Very easy to customise and make it look like our product, blended perfectly with our website and meant we could add/change/hide events ourselves without paying external company to make changes to our website. Our first event went from an idea to tickets sold within a couple of days and would have been quicker but had to wait for web team to add the ticketing code and our own text/images. Ticket types with loads of options and seemed easy for our customers to use. Price per ticket seemed cheap compared with other names I looked at. Loved the fact we could use our images and text colours to give our branding for events and could even customise order confirmation emails, checkout questions, etc and export all info easily to Excel to analyse in more detail. Many times I thought I'd like to do something then found there was an option already there, e.g. use an access code so someone could add another ticket to their order for a 'sold out' event. The countdown timer for tickets going on sale was brilliant. It meant I could prepare and publish about 70 events and set the go-onsale time to coincide with the scheduled facebook post to announce they are on sale ... now! The new recurring event options will allow us to easily manage ticketing for time slot future events if we can find a way to limit the number of families ordering per time slot rather than number of tickets sold.
Contras:
We had a probably bespoke requirement to control/count/limit the number of individual orders rather than the number of actual tickets issued. E.g. with Covid needed to limit the number of families who purchased but could have up to 6 people per bubble/family with a mix of adult and child ticket prices. A solution would be to be able to specify a mandatory ticket so they had to buy, say, one visit ticket (which could have been free) per order and then any number of additional tickets. We could schedule when an event was published but couldn't schedule when it went off-sale this needed to be done manually. You could set the ticket to go off-sale but the event still showed as on-sale. Cancelling events - sadly we had to cancel some events due to Covid and this was a manual process of finding and cancelling each ticket then refunding in PayPal. Took about 1.5 mins to do each one and we had nearly 2000 to cancel so took several days hard work of clicking, copy/paste etc. Bulk ticket create - we offered a free upgrade to a different event and about 800 took this option. This involved manually copy/paste to create each new ticket/order as admin can't edit/change the event on a ticket. Again took probably 1.5 days to work through them individually, would have been great to be able to create a batch of tickets from a CSV /Excel data set. Overall the affordable cost and superb look of the product for the customer far outweighs any system admin niggles and support team were awesome!
