Comentarios: A pesar de algunos inconvenientes, creo que Workday HCM es una sólida plataforma de recursos humanos que ha simplificado muchas de mis tareas de recursos humanos.

Comentarios: En general, el producto cumple su función principal más allá de lo malo que puede ser la navegación.

La herramienta es vital para el desempeño de mis funciones diarios, pues toda la gestión de equipo se lleva a través de Workday. Allí se recolectan las métricas y se tiene una trazabilidad de los accionables que cada contribuidor va ejecutando a lo largo del año fiscal.
Contras:
Lo único malo ha sido el diseño de la interfaz que no es tan amigable. Sufre uno tratando de navegar, pues carece de ciertos elementos de arquitectura de información y en algunos caso se rompen algunos componentes UI

Es una herramienta que brinda facilidad de manipulacion y personalizacion, la cual brinda una interfas intuitiva.
Contras:
Su gran variedad de herramientas puede generar confucion si no estan acostumbrados a su entorno.

Comentarios: La utilicé en mi empresa anterior y en la actual, con un grado de satisfacción alto.

Su facilidad para la gestión de vacaciones u otras ausencias así como para la consulta de datos del empleado.
Contras:
A veces el recuento de días puede variar por estar en horas en lugar de días, y debería haber un concepto mas estandarizado para los días libres.

El poder solicitar Dias de vacaciones, o reponer dias de asencia por enfermedad desde tu pc en cualquier momento, gestionar tu agenda.
Contras:
Al momento de emperzar a usalo es un poco confuso debido que ahi funciones que poseen casi los mismos nombre pero no son iguales.

El ambiente puede llegar a ser confuso con las solicitudes

Comentarios: En general es confiable la plataforma, puedes ingresar tu información cómodamente, y la. Interacción para diferentes opciones de puesto o permisos es fácil.

Facilita la interacción de empleado a jefe para permisos o ausencias.
Contras:
Hay algunas exenciones complicadas de encontrar para uso de información.
Programa muy completo para RR.HH.

Facilita la gestión de personal a la hora de cribar para hacer una selección de posibles entrevistas a hacer.
Contras:
Posiblemente mucho menos cómodo que algo como LinkedIn, donde de ofrece una facilidad directa para inscribirse a los usuarios. De esta forma aunque ya tengan su perfil externo en otros sitios deben registrarse y rellenar todo de cero la primers vez.

Comentarios: Overall it’s a fantastic tool for organizations, if they know how to configure it correctly. Each country is different and the system allows you to customize processes based on locations.

Contras:
The security access groups can make it challenging to understand where actions may be stuck. The rules make it challenging to make changes.

HR system at its best
Comentarios: I love it because of the flexibility and ease at which you can navigate to the different parts of the app

It is very friendly and easy to use. It can even link you to other sites if the HR defines them. Its like a quick link to those other platforms. The amount of data stored on workday is huge for each staff. I can see my payroll so easily on workday HCM
Contras:
I am not sure it is okay to see the salary of people working under you but workday allows this.
Workday Review
Puntos a favor:
Easy to submit time off requests and see your calendar. The org chart feature has also come in handy many times in my role.
Contras:
The frequent password resets! I don't need to access Workday often, but when I do there's a good chance it will make me reset my password.
Work Day App.
Comentarios: I really like it, very convenient when you have mutable task to do and also nice that you can look at any past pay stubs if needed. Very helpful in tracking your vacation time.

It is pretty easy to navigate through once you have done it several times. It auto fills your work days, so unless your work week changes, it is very fast to submit your work time. I really like that everything (payroll, vacation, etc..) are all in one location. I like the option of being able to use on my work computer or personal phone
Contras:
Although I know it is a good idea, having to use the authenticator is a little bit of a hassle. I am not sure if it is my phone or the app. but occasionally I have to restart my phone to get the app to open.
New to Workday
Comentarios: Overall, I'm new with using workday but my overall experience is high expectations for the future. All sites and apps need something and everything eventually falls into place. Few minor flaws but overall I'm finding my way

Excellent Design and Functionality

From an employee's perspective, it's incredibly intuitive and easy to use. The mobile support is excellent. It greatly enhances the convenience of HR tasks like payroll, leave management, performance tracking, and organizational charts.
Contras:
From a user's perspective, there are no real drawbacks. The functionality and design are both excellent. However, from a company's standpoint, the cost can be a burden depending on the organization's size.
Using Workday streamlines organizational tasks
Comentarios: When it comes to human capital management, Workday HCM is hard to beat. It's easy to learn, has a wide range of useful features, and won't break the bank. You may get information on employees, recruits, payroll, and more with the use of this platform.

Many businesses struggle with adaptability, but Workday distinguishes out thanks to its intuitive design. In comparison to the MIS we used before, I found it to be pretty engaging. In my perspective, Workday can be integrated with a wide range of third-party programs. The internal hiring process is also simplified.
Contras:
Workflow integration severely restricts its flexibility in terms of making global adjustments or edits. It's hard to navigate because items are split and there are too many action item tabs. It is challenging to acquire or develop individualized reports.
Increase HR and payroll compliance and daily efficiency
Comentarios: Post-sandbox testing, Workday can update and release software. This sandbox environment allows me to try things out, observe what happens, and then fine-tune my procedures. Many issues are resolved because to Workday's ability to notify workers of pending tasks and make information about those tasks readily available to them.
Puntos a favor:
If you're familiar with the system and its customizations, you should be able to accomplish just about anything using Workday. I really like how workday can be used to both investigate past company procedures and improve current ones. After years of using ADP, I have concluded that Workday is the superior HR software.
Contras:
In my opinion, the time it takes to find and interview potential candidates is too long. While Workday's learning resources are excellent, I do wish they provided more configuration-specific instruction.

Sometime gave me problems with integration challenges, I believe that Integrating Workday with other systems and processes can be time-consuming and may require additional resources to ensure seamless connectivity.
