SafetyChain in the Workplace

Puntos a favor:

I like the ease of use. It’s nice to have a product that is easy to train other employees on how to use. Seeing data real time is important so decisions can quickly me made. SafetyChain is always upgrading and introduction new functions. Customer service is very helpful and responds quickly.

Contras:

There isn’t anything negative to say. Overall it’s been a great experience and I look forward to what the future holds.

Comentarios: SafetyChain has helped greatly with standardization and visibilty

Puntos a favor:

Customer input for enhancements to the system. Active listening via customer panels, beta testing and CSM.

Contras:

Some aspects are clunky but the te is actively working towards solutions.

Safety Chain

Comentarios: There were some struggles, particularly in the beginning but I am somewhat optimistic that the software is improving.

Puntos a favor:

Collecting data in a digital format, less physical papers.

Contras:

There are some features that are under-developed, particularly in the OEE section. Setting up the system is not as user friendly as it could be, it is not intuitive.

Comentarios: Good software for forms, documentation but need some time to plan it properly.

Puntos a favor:

Forms and dashboards are great tools to visualize.

Contras:

Building forms without fonts, auto saving, the delete button, adding questions after the forms as been started , etc

Collaboration make it work

Comentarios: Very good experience. Safety Chain work with the customer in a timely fashion to solve issues.

Puntos a favor:

Alway willing to fine tune software and add functionality.

Contras:

Need to speak a common language when setting up new customers. Visions on functionality do not always match.

Great product and company!

Comentarios: It has been very positive and I really have not had a reason to look at other solutions.

Puntos a favor:

It is very configurable, they have solutions to fit almost any need and can customize options to fit those outside of the norm. They also have excellent customer service and always willing to get on Zoom and work through any questions or issues.

Contras:

Nothing really, especially with the new mobile app coming out.

Fantastic Customer Service

Comentarios: Fantastic customer service. This is my 8th year with SC as a tool I've used for Quality Forms. I'd recommend to anyone that is currently using paperwork.

Puntos a favor:

Ability to customize all of the quality checks to fit your facility. Ease of use and support that we receive.

Contras:

Just a few features that the SC teams are working on, but I always want them sooner than their release time.

Navigation can sometimes be difficult. I would like to see tips or some type of communication that says….. did you know….. you can do this

The versatility of this product, being able to work within all of my documentation requirements, is fantastic!

Contras:

I want the barcode scanning feature to come standard in the program. It is a third-party addon.

Comentarios: The people are willing to help with issues that pop up and to help work through new use cases to ensure it works for your company’s needs.

Puntos a favor:

The ability to build and create to meet the needs of our company.

Contras:

The load times for some of the features.

Russell Heath Review

Comentarios: Overall I am just beginning to use Safety chain, but I think it is a very robust system that can be a valuable tool if we use it correctly. I worked with Plant View at Tyson so I am anxious to see how this one compares and what improvements there are with this platform compared to plant view.

Puntos a favor:

Safety chain is very robust and we have only scratched the surface of what it will do for us. I look forward to what I can learn here and take back and apply to our system.

Contras:

I would like to see some hands on training that could be done either off or on site. From time to time we have new users and like myself we have to just figure out what Safety Chain can do. It would be nice to have someone come in and walk us through a hands on training on safetychain.

Comentarios: Overall it’s been great working with SafetyChain and most importantly the relationship and support them provide.

What I like the most is the user control of form functionality to make adapt to your business and operations.

Contras:

There is an opportunity on the analytics and upscale features which looking forward working with.

I do not like how forms can become slower to use due to a lot of elements being incorporated on them

I like the customizable options available for creating forms, also the ability to include corrective actions within the form is nice.

Contras:

Sometimes the forms are very slow. However, we are able to work through this, so this isn't a gamechanger. Also, I wish there were more options for creating formulas within the forms.

Contras:

Some bugs in some of the features. Building forms can be confusing and difficult for complex processes.

Recommend Safety Chain

Comentarios: Keep up the great work!

Puntos a favor:

Different platforms that can be utilized depending on use. More then just electronic documentation to use. Very user friendly.

Contras:

With anything new, training takes time and comfort with something new always takes buy in. Not a con, but recommendation, develop platforms for other regulator bodies, i.e. Kosher, Halal, USDA, FDA, etc. Formatting, lay out, questions that are asked, requirements etc, this would be a great asset to the development of the product.

Food Quality Management, Elevated

Comentarios: SafetyChain has allowed our company to elevate our in-house quality systems. We can focus our attention on continuous improvement and growing the business rather than reviewing paper records and manually transcribing data for statistical purposes.

Puntos a favor:

The easy-to-use software is well designed and allowed our company to transition from paper-driven process to electronic document and record management. The software is configurable to operational needs and is intuitive for users at all organizational levels.

Contras:

I haven't had any notable issues with the software or support to date. Any questions or concerns have been handled quickly and fully.

Comentarios: Overall we’ve been happy with application and most importantly the relationship and customer service which Safety Chain team has been there though high and low.

Feasibility of use and ability to customize to align with company needs and wants.

Contras:

Performance but it’s something we’ve been able to work together and push improve customer experience. Definitely area of opportunity.

Great software for moving from paper and pen to digital record keeping. The more you use it the more you see the capabilities.

Some areas seem overwhelming but are great once you learn it.

Comentarios: Neutral. System is not very intuitive

Graphics in Link. Trying to get to SPC. Form design seems very laborious.

Speed and reliability. System is clunky to navigate.

Comentarios: Good starting potential

All the data is live and at the tip of my fingers.

Contras:

There are still some features I would like to be implemented
