Mejora tu plan de Mantenimiento con MAINTAIN X
Comentarios: excelente me ha permitido crear un plan de mantenimiento para el area de produccion donde trabajo, pudiendo gestionar ordenes de trabajo, costos y tiempos de mantenimiento
Puntos a favor:
en mi cuenta poder realizar una gestion de mantenimiento de forma sencilla, ordenada por medio de plantillas personalizadas, a su vez puedo ver costos, inventario, tipo de mantenimientos, la pieza o producto, realmente lo recomiendo se trabaja de forma mas ordenada sobre todo en las lineas de produccion
Contras:
es un poco costoso realmente no todos pueden tener aceso al software, ademas es ideal ver tutoriales por internet a pesar de que es algo intituivo

Ha permitido a nuestras areas encargadas estar al dia con el mantenimiento preventivo de todas las areas.

Hacen falta caracteristicas pero el programa funciona muy bien
Gestión eficiente del flujo de trabajo con KeepX: la perspectiva de un usuario
Comentarios: En general, mi experiencia con KeepX ha sido en gran medida positiva. A pesar de los inconvenientes menores, la plataforma ha facilitado mucho la gestión de los flujos de trabajo y la organización.

He estado usando KeepX durante bastante tiempo y debo decir que ha mejorado drásticamente la gestión de mi flujo de trabajo. Me encanta lo fácil de usar e intuitiva que es la interfaz.
Contras:
Aunque en general estoy satisfecho con KeepX, me he encontrado con algunos contratiempos en el camino. A veces, la aplicación se retrasa al sincronizar datos entre dispositivos, lo que puede ser frustrante cuando se trata de tareas urgentes.
Excelente software para monitoreo de tareas

Fácil manejo de la plataforma, me ayuda mucho al seguimiento de procesos tanto a personal, como a tareas específicas, si necesito desglosar una tarea y personalizarla antes de pasar a la otra me lo permite.
Contras:
Podría ofrecer más soporte al aplicativo, pero de resto muy buena

Es una excelente herramienta de seguimiento, trazabilidad y gestión general de mantenimientos preventivos, predictivos y correctivos.
Contras:
Realmente es muy difícil destacar algo malo cuando en realidad es una herramienta importante en cualquier tipo de gestión de ingeniería y mantenimiento
Buena plataforma para sistema de mantenimiento
Comentarios: Como sistema de mantenimiento fácil de usar es un 10.

Me parece que la interfaz que utiliza es clara y sencilla de utilizar.No se necesita un proceso largo de aprendizaje para manejarte con la aplicación.
Contras:
No tengo nada en contra de este software funciona bastante bien.
Buena plataforma, pero con algunas limitaciones
Comentarios: "MaintainX es una buena plataforma con espacio para crecer. Es ideal para empresas con equipos de mantenimiento y presupuestos más pequeños.

MaintainX es una plataforma simple y fácil de usar que es fácil de aprender.
Contras:
Algunas capacidades están limitadas por las restricciones del programa, como la capacidad de escalamiento entre categorías, el bloqueo de programación y el seguimiento de activos de "mal actor" de Pareto.
Quick implementation
Puntos a favor:
Its very intuitive, easy to work with, easy to implement, and easy to train the team on.
Contras:
Its a little pricey, but the cost is worth the information, and overall use of the system to bring all of our facility equipment together.

Comentarios: Overall experience has been great so far. I have no regrets in switching to MaintainX.

MaintainX is a great system for technicians as it's very easy to grasp and train anyone one. Implementation was quick and near seamless for us. Support has been phenomenal. Overall it's a great system to scale with.
Contras:
I have no real bad things to say about it. Just like any system you use there will be some road blocks on certain features based off how the program is written but it is not anything that hasn't been able to be worked around.
Quality Engineer
Comentarios: I thought it could be a useful system, but it lacks detailed procedures

Maintenance Supervisor/Planner
Comentarios: Compared to anything else I've use over the last 20 years, this is without a doubt the most powerful tool from an administrative aspect. The speed at which data can be retrieved improves communications and allows for analysis and further planning and total transparency.
Puntos a favor:
Easy Set up, Can review asset history. No need to print and store paperwork. Access for non maintenance team members to request work. Can upload pictures, videos and PDF's directly to a workorder seriously improves communication. Easy to edit or re-open workorders where follow-up work is required and comments get sent back to the original requestors.
Contras:
When exporting lists of workorders, Limited to 200 entries requiring large lists to be manually parsed together.

Comentarios: From tech support to execution we have had a great customer service and support feel with MaintainX.

Strong automated maintenance tracking
Comentarios: At first the platform takes a while to get used to but once I figured it out, it was easy to use.

I like the automated maintenance tracking system.

The system is lacking a log book. I would like the ability to log a significant event without having to create a work order.

Brought Us Into the Future!
Comentarios: I can think of no other application I have worked with that has generated such huge gains for our organization. The support is outstanding and is something seen less from other applications business with. Their interest in what the customer sees and needs is evident in the way they dig into issues and try to create greater understanding before generating a thought or solution.
Puntos a favor:
The ability to organize processes related to inspections, preventative repairs, and reactive maintenance of our facilities. The ability to have a record of completed work. The ability to track work and never loose track of a need. I also appreciated the ability to operate with a inventory list with directly connected supply vendors for ordering purposes. The ability to organize inventory, show when parts are used, and track available inventory, keeps us ready for the unexpected.
Contras:
I don't have much if any cons about MaintainX. Nearly every question or need I bring up is addressed in some way or they identify it as a possible process improvement with their development team. About the only time I feel constrained by the system is when I create procedures or processes. This portion of the system seems a little less flexible than other components.
If Google Created a CMMS system, This is it!
Comentarios: Overall, very positive. It's solved masses of issues for us. I like all of the functionality. It's nice to have work orders, jobs, reports, assets, vendors and parts all on one platform.
Puntos a favor:
Very easy system to use and get used to. Lots of features, plenty for everyone. Very powerful tool with frequent use. But most importantly, it's well supported.
Contras:
Some of the automated features don't seem to be accurate at times. Can be hard to get your head around an issue on the reporting side. Sometimes don't trust the reports. I think the export work orders and data function could be better.

Can't say enough good things
Comentarios: My experience has been great in every way. This system and the people who create, develop, and support it are amazing.
Puntos a favor:
MaintainX is modern, easy to use, and highly functional. The system is flexible to accommodate a huge variety of locations, assets, equipment, systems, etc. The Procedure Generator is fantastic and has been essential in growing our preventative maintenance program. What I like most about MaintainX is the people, though. Our account management has been stellar and we get great support on how we use the platform.
Contras:
I haven't encountered a problem with MaintainX that hasn't been resolved or addressed. The system is adaptable and well designed.

The most user friendly and modern platform to date
Comentarios: Overall MaintainX has been working well. My technicians have picked it up quickly and the migration from our old system went well enough. The team is receptive to feedback and improvements to the platform as well.
Puntos a favor:
User friendliness and mobile app are by far the best on the market. My technicians were able to pick it up and run with it with little training. That is how easy it is to use.
Contras:
Although cheaper than other CMMS systems out there, there are a few missing features that we would like to get added. Floating PM's should be a standard and not require extra implementation. I know the team is working on this. The purchase order module is fairly basic and doesn't directly talk to work orders. It makes adding service calls by vendors take a little longer due to extra steps to add their costs to a work order and ultimately to an asset.
Maintain X
Comentarios: It has been great moving to Maintain X. They always work with us for our success!
Puntos a favor:
Maintain X has such great features and after doing A LOT of research and testing of other platforms, out performs all that I have found. It is very user friendly (which is helpful for folks who are used to working on the tools and not as much with technology). The support we get is great - from chat to our account manager. They have always tried to work with us to find ways we can utilize the system in a way that works for us. We use it everyday all day for work orders (Reactive), and preventative (PM) and it has been a dream since we implemented it over a year ago now. We also use another app that has integrated well with helping us automate other jobs that we used to manually put into Maintain X.
Contras:
Pricing is per seat - it would be great if there was a package price for unlimited users or even "up to 30 or 50" users. It would be nice to be able to access reporting on mobile. Would like more than just 1 level of hierarchy (parent/child) in assets and locations.

Best CMMS System
Comentarios: It had made life easier for my techs and myself in terms of reporting.
Puntos a favor:
Reliability and tech support. Cloud based software which allows to use on any device from anywhere.
Contras:
Nothing. it is great software and MaintainX is continuously updating it to make it better.

MaintainX makes organizing and showing corrective actions for inspections easy!
Comentarios: Overall MaintainX has helped keep our managers and operators on task with what needs to be done and when.
Puntos a favor:
It automatically creates corrective action work orders for items that need correction.
Contras:
The lack of being able to get alerts for work orders that are due.
MaintainX drastically improve over efficiency
Comentarios: MaintainX is the reason we have gone from an overall plant efficiency of 60% to over 95%. It allowed us to follow the trends and develop a maintenance plan to drastically reduce down time.
Puntos a favor:
There are so many features that are great it is hard to pick just one. But I would say the the top three are: PARTS Inventory and Repeatable Work Orders with Procedures and Meters.
Contras:
The lack of file structure in the Procedure library.
