Our maintenance guys complain about this, even though it hasn't directly affected me since I work in the office.

Amazing implementation team, all the support, their dedication, motivation to solve all our issues/challenges. Overall: I like that i can always get a hold of customer service to help out one very topic.
Contras:
Moving from implementation to being just a regular customer is very hard, felt like falling from the mountain top to the deep valley. Scheduling module is not up to my expectations, does not have the functionalities we need Overall: ADP has a lot of resources to help customer (Admin) to learn the system, but it is overwhelming, i keep getting several email a day, i cannot keep up. Our company does not have a dedicated HR person just for ADP tasks and instead of helping, it just makes me stressed that i have to take care of all the tasks that ADP assigns to me.

ADP WFN is good but you'll regret adding comprehensive services...
Comentarios: I refuse to work for any company that uses comprehensive services.

Absolutely nothing, it's extremely expensive and adds nothing to a company unless they don't want to pay for a in-house payroll specialist. However, an in-house payroll specialist with prior ADP experience will have more control without comprehensive services which should lead to less errors with thorough audits.
Contras:
I used ADP Comprehensive services tied in with ADP Workforce for approximately six weeks . Week 2 I wanted to pull out my hair in frustration. My prior company had ADP WFN where I had full control. My new company had comprehensive + WFN. My top three aggravations were: #1 losing the ability to cut manual checks (i.e. QuikCalc 1min-30 sec task w/o CS). The team would be responsible for this & if we were lucky we received the calculations before the end of the day. #2 losing the ability to preview & submit payroll. (Another 2-10 min process) The team sent us custom Excel files to enter retro pay, pto, missed hours etc. Once complete we sent it to them to create a batch. Hrs later they'd send preview reports for verifying. Each code required 1-2 correction plus waiting hours for updated reports. Our bi-weekly submission date was Wed but they submitted on Thu cutting it extremely close to the wire & leaving no room for a final look over. #3 our team was no more knowledgeable than the CSR's answering phones. For several weeks we requested a shift differential added to certain communities, they struggled to figure it out & we had to cut checks for shorted employees. However, the 4th pay period attempted they got the rate correct but that's the only rate employees were paid.

We have taken measures to immediately address the issues you have raised, including reducing the number of payroll previews for agile and accurate pay processing. Comentarios: Overall everything is great so far. I like the fact that we are growing and the tools needed to help us sustain our growth are available or becoming available

I love the fact that my executive relationship manager keeps in touch with me and always available asking if there is anything she can do assist me and my operations.

I would say that overseas customer support can be a challenge sometimes.

Review of ADP Comp Services
Comentarios: I enjoy ADP Comprehensive Services, but I wish you would consider getting more specialized in Government Contracting. I had to spend a lot of time working to customize the system for government compliance. It would be better if you had teams with specific experience in government contracting in HR and compliance.

Everything I need is in one system and it is easy to understand once you take the time to learn the system.
Contras:
Setting it up and implementing the system. IT could be much easier. Implementation was not what I initially expected, it wasted a lot of time because it was not useful. You need to work out a way to go through implementation where it is not just about showing you what you can do, you should build in the time to actually set up and build the system.
Exceeded Expectations
Comentarios: The Payroll, Reporting and HR services team have provided valuable insights and assistance whether for routine questions or more complex issues helping me make informed decisions.

It is User friendly, it streamlines complex HR tasks making payroll process, benefits and reporting a lot easier.
Contras:
The one thing I did not like was that they do not provide IT team come to our location to set up the clocks the assistance was done only via phone and it was time consuming and inconvenient.

Sometimes in some areas it would be nice to be able to just "do it ourselves" instead of having someone need to do it for us.

NOT to be Trusted
Comentarios: Take my advice, outsourcing is NOT always teh answer. Things make look golden on paper and in "demo mode", but live on the floor during peak buisness hours, you do not have time to 'troubleshoot' a ADP ticket for teh 1,000th time.

Contras:
Entry level staff CONSTANTLY has an issue clocking into the system, which requires their Supervisor to manually adjust each punch. On average with my last employer, I was correcting 80 missed or incorrect punches per two week period for 9 employees. HR FMLA processing is, from my experience, a horrendous and borderline illegal mishandling of information. Very easy to 'file" for FMLA, but after that initial phone call, no one knows what's going on. The frontline staff answering the phone tries their best to interpret the information to provide updates, but the "back office" is elusive and does not speak with customers or offer assistance to frontline staff that is trying to explain status information for leave cases. I had to eventually start recording my calls to ensure my internal HR department had a record of the horrible service my previous employe is probably paying close to a 1M per year.

ADP Comprehensive Services Review
Comentarios: It has been helpful to provide metrics for senior management regarding HR analytics, self service for our employees for a bunch of personal information, allow for I-9 management through E-verify, great custom reporting to be able to pull for our teams within our organization, and allow for online performance management for our employee population.
Puntos a favor:
There are plenty of great options such as faster customer service- being able to talk to a representative very quickly, super helpful with setup such as for open enrollment in setting up all the new plans and rates, setup with API's to vendors, help with total management, addition of HR analytics and dashboard for management and HR to make metrics that are very useful, help with custom reporting and very easy for employees being able to make changes such as their direct deposit, tax information , life events and benefit enrollment. It is also great to have the E-verify file feed built into ADP so we can send it directly to them.
Contras:
The on boarding for ADP is not great and does not allow for a true on boarding system as we cannot electronically sign for any documents and cannot transfer all data from our ATS. Sometimes, we have experienced a longer wait time for customer service and it makes it difficult to talk with someone but have had a good overall experience. The total management is not a true capture for management of leave as we do not have any ADP time sheets so it makes it impossible to track based on time sheets since we use Unanet.

Disappointed in Customer Support and Reliability
Comentarios: frustrating and disappointing. a vast array of powerful tools that are silo-ed off from one another leaving me with almost no ability to utilize many of them in a productive way

ADP has a vast array of tools and functionalities that are very powerful and give users many options and abilities to manage their HRIS.
Contras:
constant issues with reliability, services unavailable, data corrupted or rolled back 6 months unannounced. customer support either totally clueless or generically unhelpful.

Consistently Inconsistent
Comentarios: Overall disappointed with the level of inconsistency at all levels.

They have proven to to be a valuable part of our Payroll and HR Business compliance. ADP Comprehensive Services has kept us in compliance. They really look into how you are using the services and help to level up the experience.
Contras:
Their systems don't work well together, I wish it was a little more customizable from the client side, inconsistency in support and extending the customer support time beyond 5PM. We've had settings reversed or access removed without anyone adjusting anything, so there are occasionally some bugs that have to be worked through. Would have liked more guided set-up in some areas. Their training resources/guides can definitely use an upgrade, L&D module is very basic.

Comentarios: I have used ADP since starting my career in HR. The overall experience with comprehensive services has been great. It is very user friendly and covers the wide range of the employee/employer needs.

I liked how robust the product is. It has all that we need but there are some items that are definitely not used which may have been an education issue.
Contras:
N/A. There is not anything that I have had issues with. When problems do arise, customer service works to rectify.

You can begin using Comprehensive Services with no ADP knowledge and quickly become a pro. The teams want you to succeed and will help in anway you can. The Comp Services team will become your coworkers - and the best ones ever at that.
Contras:
Have had some issues with Tax Services but have seen a huge change the past 2 years for the better.

Comentarios: Very favorable impression from everyone.

Having a dedicated service team who goes the extra mile. Also having a relationship manager who can intervene when needed.
Contras:
Comp services is great. No cons now, but we did go through several reps in a short time at first, which was frustrating.
Evaluator of HRMS systems
Comentarios: Really don't like it for what we're paying. Payroll is great but very cumbersome. Training to navigate on how to ensure the correct way to process sometimes very unclear.

I'm not sure what that is. I tried to reach out and have HR rep to explain. Very much still unclear for what we pay.
Contras:
$$$$$ - Very very expensive even with the discount. Reporting engine and custom reporting difficult and a lot of time inaccurate unless you know the systems capabilities and what to report.

ADP Review
Puntos a favor:
I like having most employee information in one, easily accessible location. Having payroll, personal info, job related info, and any other information in one spot is great for access for managers, department heads, and anyone who may need specific info about an employee.
Contras:
There are pieces that are a bit clunky - the Benefits Management piece is one. There is such a long lead time for annual enrollment information that we're unable to meet those timeframes with our vendors to make use of the system.

Easy Clock In/Out Functionality for Employee Time Tracking
Comentarios: ADP works just fine for our company the pros outweigh the cons by a lot. It's easy to use, visually friendly, and there has been no down time or glitching within the program within the last year that I can remember.
Puntos a favor:
ADP is easy to access both via the computer webpage as well as the ADP app for your phone. Clocking in and out is very easy and user friendly. You can see your hours after each day and whether or not your supervisor has approved your time punches. You are able to view your paycheck each pay period and it shows you your exact paystub, which is easy to print and use for banking/loan purposes.
Contras:
The biggest issue with ADP is that with the phone app you have to be within a certain range of your work location to clock in and out. Depending on how large ADP thinks your workplace is, it can be a real pain. Our place of employment is a large 356 unit trailer park and you have to be within a certain range of the office because it doesn't consider being within the park as being "on-site" for clocking in and out. Our maintenance guys complain about this, even though it hasn't directly affected me since I work in the office.

Great for Payroll
Comentarios: It has been ok until recently. A lot of changes are happening and sometimes not for the best

The system has amazing features and a great payroll system that is customizable.
Contras:
Custom setups mean that not everything works well together and we find that there are a lot of glitches. Too many updates make it hard to work smoothly within the system. The HR portion could use some work and better features to make the system run more fluidly into payroll.

Great Service for Greener Teams
Comentarios: It's great to have the additional support and I think the service can be really helpful for clients with less seasoned payroll teams; however, for clients with seasoned payroll teams who have experience running their own processes, it can be frustrating to wait for ADP to do tasks that can be done quicker on the client side.

Contras:
As someone who has used both Comp and Non-Comp Services, I find it challenging not to have the ability to process payroll (specifically running previews) or calculate manual checks.

Comentarios: It's an adequate platform. Many of the features are not efficient to use and somewhat inflexible, so we have had to outsource, at an additional cost to our organization.
