Comentarios: Muuy mala. No funciona y el soporte es pesimo

El precio y la posibilidad de reemplazar a teamviewer

Contras:

no funciona, las pocas veces que logramos dar soporte con este programa, se corto la conexión y luego dio errores que no se pudieron solucionar con el soporte. Lo usamos en windows y en linux, y tuvimos problemas en ambos sistemas operativos. Volvimos a teamviewer

En general todo me gusta, tiene las funciones que más necesito y todas las realiza muy bien

Comentarios: Fantastica, vamos a tener tres usuarios y es perfecto, de momento nos va muy bien y la forma de solucionar la doble pantalla es magnifica

Es muy facil de usar, lo que mas nos gusta es que haya una cuenta donde estan los usuarios, en otros cada usuario va por libre, hemos probado dos o tres programas antes de decidirnos, pero en dos dias que probamos este ya lo suscribimos, antes de terminar el periodo de pruebaEs precio es escandalosamente bueno.

Contras:

No llevamos tantos dias de experiencia para detectar cosas negativas, el uso de un programa asi requiere ir conociendola y tener una experiencia en su uso

Solución completa y económica para el acceso remoto

Comentarios: Este producto ha permitido a nuestra empresa llevar a los empleados a casa rápidamente sin ningún contratiempo en cuanto a la seguridad se refiere. Compramos la edición profesional y al instante más de 200 empleados iniciaron sesión en sus equipos de oficina mientras trabajaban desde casa.

Puntos a favor:

Fácil de configurar e implementar. Lo compramos al comienzo de la pandemia y nos permitió mover a los empleados a sus casas de manera eficiente y ademas mantuvimos nuestros datos seguros, ya que nunca salieron de nuestra red.

Contras:

A veces, la conexión de red a la PC remota recibe una respuesta lenta y el visor del servidor a veces falla, pero reiniciar siempre soluciona el problema.

I Love RemotePC and I Depend On It

I have a sensitive project that I need the ability to monitor from work. If need be, I need the ability to take control from work. I can be at work and feel like I am sitting in front of my PC at home.

It's a little bit slower reconnecting through a VPN but that is too be expected.

Comentarios: Overall, the experience has been fantastic. Great speed.

The product is very easy to install and has worked flawlessly. I am currently just using a one PC version to allow access to my home PC when I am traveling. Love the ability to drag and drop files from one PC to another.

Contras:

It was a bit confusing on whether or not I had to install a remote copy of the software in addition to the software on the primary PC. Once I had the client installed in my browser, all was great. Audio from the remote PC has also been a bit scratchy and broken.

Inexpensive trouble free remote desktop access

Comentarios: Very positive. Our company was looking for a inexpensive solution to enable our employees to access on premise computers for the few remaining applications we run that do not offer a easy way to access without being directly on the company intranet. RemotePC is a bit slower to establish a connection to a remote desktop compared to other applications we have used, but once connected there are no speed issues so it is a more than acceptable compromise considering the price.

Puntos a favor:

RemotePC is a basic remote desktop platform offered at a fantastic price. It will allow a user to access any number of PCs remotely through any web browser and includes multimonitor support. A simple low cost solution to providing remote desktop access to your employees.

Contras:

The website can be a bit slow and sometimes the initial connect to your remote PC might take a minute to be established.

Razones para elegir RemotePC: Confusion on our account due to use canceling GoToMeeting. Ultimately felt that GoToMyPC was to expensive for a program that GoTo obviously doesn't care about anymore.

Comentarios: I have been blown away how simple the program is to use and the functionality of things like file transfers, remote access, and mobile device apps for pc access. They have a new customer that will be a return customer!

The program has extremely easy setup and onboarding. I’m now in full control of my tech stack without the need to lug laptops all over creation.

Contras:

I wish the pricing was a bit more incremental. I’d really like to manage a few more devices but not as many as the next pricing tier.

Good Alternative to TeamViewer

Surprised by so this product when looking for some alternative

Comentarios: Haven't been using it very intensively so far because of mid-term health issues when I'm limited regarding the amount of work I usually do, but overally I'm happy with RemotePC

Remote PC is Great!

Comentarios: Compared to what we have been using for years, this is much, much better! I would get kicked out all the time and have to reload it. Recently they changed and we could not download it with blacking it out.

Very positive experience with RemotePC

There are a few things I really like about RemotePC. First, it is highly functional for the work we do. I have an employee overseas who is able to remote into a work computer in my office and only on very rare occasions does she have any issues with lag or glitching. Secondly, this product is very fairly priced compared to the competition. Very happy overall.

Contras:

So far, I haven't experience any issues that would cause me to write a negative review. Everything is positive at this point.

Cheapest yet the best on the market!

Comentarios: Cheapest yet the best on the market. Very fast connection. Simple interface. Easy to use. Very good support team. 24/7 live chat from real agent.

Firstly, the price is just so affordable. Second, one of the pc got problem connecting at first due to ISP problem, within days, RemotePC team have given new update just to tackle this. Since then I have no problem connecting anymore.

Contras:

Basically nothing for now. It's working so well I don't have anything to not like about it.

Our company started with your free version and upgrade as first step to SOHO 10 computers, have to recognize fast connections even from our apple tablets. Had some initial confusion that was professionally addressed by the tec support, so far so good (moving this company from team viewer)

RemotePC: My Thoughts

Comentarios: So far I am loving it. Makes working from home easier and connecting to my work computer.

It's so easy to download and set up. So much better than other programs I've tried like Google Desktop and Team Viewer. From the get-go, I only had to follow a few steps to get it set up on both of my PCs and done. Seriously so easy!!

Contras:

I have only used Remote Desktop for about a week or so. The only con I can say so far is the menu/options that sit at the top of the screen. I don't like that you can't move that to a different part of the screen. It always stays at the top. This would be a good update down the road in my book.
