The team at Blink are always quick to respond, listen to feedback and suggestions for future features. Integration with some business applications have been useful for daily updates.

Comentarios: En general la aplicación cumple con el objetivo para la que se diseño.Supongo que la aplicación sigue en revisión y se revisarán algunas pequeñas mejoras que harán que sea en momentos puntuales menos engorrosa.
Puntos a favor:
una gran herramienta para la comunicación intraempresarial.Las opciones que se nos presentan para crear grupos de los diferentes departamentos donde en ellos se compartan noticias, boletines o simplemente cambios o actualizaciones relativas a nuestra área, hacen de la aplicación un fijo cada día para cualquiera de nosotros.
Contras:
Aún no esta bien desarrollado en cuanto a la capacidad de mensajería instantanea o chat.Hay algunas lagunas que se deberían revisar, como los grandes tiempos de carga....
A Surprise Underdog Comes Through
Comentarios: I believe we made a great decision by choosing Blink and I would recommend them to any other company looking to up their communication game.
Puntos a favor:
In searching for a new communication platform, I thought I knew what I was looking for and which company I would go with. Blink was added as just another platform for comparison. However, during my first demo, I was convinced this was the right choice. It ticked off all the boxes: top down communication, bottom up communication, side to side communication, individual and group chats, an information repository, and one of the best price points of (in my opinion) even inferior platforms. Plus, they were up front about all costs, so I didn't have to worry about a surprise invoice I would have to explain.
Contras:
There are a few small functionality issues I have had since getting into the platform (such as not having control over what shows up under an employee name or what is displayed in the Directory), but I have been assured the team is adding my suggestions to their list and looking into how we can work around the other issues.
Perfect solution for remote workforce
Comentarios: Using Blink has revolutionised how we have both communicated with our staff and more crucially how they communicate with us. We have been able to get a consistent message out, instantly, which is something we've never achieved before. However being able to receive feedback from all members of staff has brought a new dimension to our staff relationships

The simplicity of the software is amazing. The roll out process to frontline staff takes less than a minute as it is so obvious and intuitive. The speed that it performs without fail is amazing and the constant improvements to functionality are great
Contras:
Not sure I can put anything here - every snag we've come up the Blink team have worked around and found solutions.

Blink - the work-life guru
Comentarios: I think Blink is the perfect little life hack, who doesn't love something that saves all of our passwords, protects you and keeps everything in one place. This has made work life easier for sure!
Puntos a favor:
I love that Blink pulls everything together. Everything you need all in one spot!
Contras:
I haven't found anything I least like about Blink. So far so great!
Fine for communications, lacking in other features
Comentarios: More casual internal communications and email but very primitive. Newsfeed is good but difficult to search so only really works for real-time updates. Lack of ability to share files properly limos use severely and the ‘hub’ feature is too basic as it does not allow the creation of pages to view only upload of docs. The admin and access level features are not rounded enough, it’s all or nothing!
Puntos a favor:
Simple IM app and the newsfeed like appearance of the home page. Some limited integrations, calendar works well.
Contras:
Lacking in support for 3rd party apps, no ability to view documents in the app only have attachments.

To your point, we do have a search feature, which should allow you to not only search Feed posts and Chats but also content on 3rd party integrations. We also have Pages in the Admin Panel, which lets Org and Team Admins create native content for the platform - this should address your concerns about the Hub. Access to different levels of teams or user permissions can be customised in the Admin Panel - it would be great to get your thoughts on what's missing ([email protected]). We have passed on your feedback regarding limited previews of files (since last month this is available for PDF and Word files but we don't yet support all types). Blink : An easy collaborative tool to share information inside the teams !
Comentarios: This tool is very useful, and I'm using it every day - even every minute - to share information with my team, or other people of my company. The global feed and the "history" allow also to don't miss information.
Puntos a favor:
The product is easy to use. The possibility to create group is very interesting, as group can be done with the right persons to talk a specific subject. The global feed allows to share general information about the company.
Contras:
The copy / paste option is working only in the blink feed. No possibility to copy directly to a Google Mail by example.

Comentarios: Just prior to the start of the COVID-19 pandemic and restrictions put in place, our company anticipated needing a way to communicate internally with our staff and contractors about rapid changes to our workplace and daily lives. Most of our staff are front-line workers and do not have company email accounts. Our internal scheduling app that we use for hourly staff did not have the ability to upload attachments or allow staff to respond to high alert notifications. Setup was quick and easy. We were able to test Blink for free prior to committing to it, but knew immediately that it was perfect for our needs. Now, several months into the COVID-19 crisis, we've seen a shift from senior staff using the app solely for important internal communications, to all staff using it for staff recognition, company highlights, events, contests, motivational and uplifting posts, etc. It helps keeps our employees engaged and informed, allowing everyone to have a voice, and it seems to help boost employee morale.

When we first started using Blink, posts were limited to one attachment each, which has since been updated. Blink has evolved quickly and quite honestly we have zero complaints.
Great Collaborative tool
Comentarios: i enjoy using Blink, this is a great tool and has come into its own through the recent Pandemic for sharing information etc with each other and reporting on a live and ever changing daily position.

the home feed page for seeing and sharing what is going on in and around the business.
Contras:
The initial phase I struggled to search for specific items referred to, and sharing that with others in the business.

A great Intranet for the whole company
Comentarios: This keeps ALLLL of our employees together in one place with all the updates in our company. Where we can share and chat with each other. It also is great to have all of our documents needed to HR and safety if someone needs to fill out a report or find info. This is all especially helpful during and after COVID and working remote.
Puntos a favor:
The ability to communicate to my whole team quickly as well as the mobile app so I get notifications when I am not around my computer or need to check something.
Contras:
I don't like that you have to name each chat "group". It should be an option but not mandatory. Just causes one more step when reaching out to a team member quickly.

Comentarios: We're still playing around with the features but so far after less than a month we are happy with what we are working with.

- free for up to 20 users - great alternative to a company intranet / communication portal for the micro businesses who want to share their management system documentation with field staff and don't want to fork out expensive licences with Microsoft for similar products like yammer / SharePoint. - if you are IT savvy and know how to build microapps feature will draw your attention. - Can download on android and iOS devices - Has a desktop app for windows and iOS devices
Contras:
- you have to purchase the premier package at a monthly cost per user to do branding. It would be good if there was a fixed fee per month for up to 10 users for the small companies e.g. £20 plus VAT.

Puntos a favor:
New feature around recognition is great, and stops people using Whats App. Can put out regular comms and stops us having to communicate everything by email. We can use the hub to store all of our policies on there and information and newsletters. It also is a central hub, so we put links for our other software that we use such as recruitment or our HR systems
Contras:
The news feed could really do we a better focus and filter on categories. So you can select one or more categories so you don't see everything. Having priority posting can get out of control. Would like it to be able to reduce reports on usage better to show how many posts people have done or have many likes people have done. Helps the business to understand the engagement, so more stats on this the better

Blink delivered what we needed
Comentarios: Tremendous and reliable customer service from Day 1 to present. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] was great to work with and always available to assist with our implementation and continued to follow up and reach out to me well past our kick-off date.

As a fast-growing company, Blink allowed us to create a single point of internal communication to reach outside of the traditional email and messaging platforms. We were able to share company news, team or individual kudos in no time and share the exciting news.

Comentarios: Helps build teams, gives me a great way to communicate and collaborate.
Puntos a favor:
It's all the small stuff this does apart from being a great messaging app, naturally builds culture within teams and the business. Gives my people the ability to reach out at any time on any device to ask questions and to be helped. Our EPG is linked (via API) and it's a great way to get good automated snap shots awhile on the move... even alerts. We get the ability to message all our people at once in emergency situations (came in handy when the beast from the east arrived)
Contras:
It's quite fresh but still packed with features, the development cycle is really agile. When we have an issue its usually fixed within a couple of days to a week. We hit a couple of bugs in the early days but we were supported and kept up to date on progress.
Good as an internal social media feed

Contras:
Although it has continued to improve add-on wise, ease-of-use desktop vs mobile as well as accessibility feature upgrades, Blink would benefit from more collaborative work tool integration such as video-recording features, creative workspace options/wikis like canva, to enable more team dynamics.

Amazing Internal Communication App
Comentarios: To use it as an intranet works incredibly well and its very easy to navigate. Its also great using it for our policy library.
Puntos a favor:
The Hub and the communal feed are incredibly useful as 115 of our services are able to share their stories and learning with the rest of the organisation and corporate are able to communicate with them across a range of matter.
Contras:
Alerts for overdue documents would be very beneficial

Essential part of my every day working life.

The use of "teams" work really well, it means that i can get the message across in a simple and easy fashion to a select group within a targeted conversation. Ultimately this results in less email chains but successfully keeps everyone in the loop.
Contras:
Connectivity on the mobile is an area for improvement but other than that, i love using this everyday.

Excellent app to communicate with different project teams. Can integrate with other software through Bots. We can post reports from our back office system to specific project groups on Blink using the API. First class customer service. The Blink support team are always there to help me with API integration. New features added regularly.
Contras:
Rarely have any issues but the support team are always there to help me out with the API integrations.
Great tool for internal comms
Comentarios: Blink has been an excellent way of improving our employee communications, it's got people talking more and it's made it much easier for us to provide regular updates and distribute important information to staff. It's been an overall positive experience and I've been so impressed I've already recommended it to colleagues in other businesses.

Ease of use; format is appealing to employees, so it encourages uptake; ability to store useful documents, forms etc in the Hub so that employees can easily access them.
Contras:
It took a while to set up and import all contacts - but the process wasn't that difficult and there was a lot of help at hand from Blink to guide us through it.

Great app for sending comms to employee's
Comentarios: I think a s a business it has been really useful. I like that all notices are displayed in one place, with links to other internal apps.

Being able to easily share a post, in my case its usually good news stories.

Being able to see a posts number of views easily.

Comentarios: Love how easy and intuitive the system is. Very easy to post to different groups of people when we have so many different teams. The system is perfect for both important employee update posts and also more informal update posts!

Extremely intuitive software and makes it incredible easy to update employees instantaneously! (Especially when you have so many!)
Contras:
Nothing of note - I know that some employees have had problems with sending posts to specific teams but I think admins need to update their access as opposed to it being a system fault

Easy Communication Platform
Comentarios: Blink is easy to use and very user-friendly.

Blink allows us to have our own internal communication platform that allows not only supervisors to share information, but also allows employees to share pictures, posts, and more.
Contras:
I would like to be able to use different fonts and colors on posts!

Comentarios: Overall, I have had a pleasurable experience using Blink and it's definitely something more companies should look into especially if they have a large population of remote workers.

I love how it's feed-based and gives a sense of community when working remotely full-time. I joined my company in the height of the COVID-19 pandemic and it has been a great way to meet other coworkers and engage - everything from discussing holiday plans at home to finding internal webinars to attend.
Contras:
At first, it was a little tricky to find how to post information or how to find groups; the more you use Blink the easier it becomes.
