Comentarios: Es una herramienta sólida y completa para la gestión financiera empresarial, pero los usuarios deben considerar cuidadosamente los costos y la necesidad de características avanzadas antes de decidirse por esta plataforma. Además, algunos usuarios pueden requerir capacitación adicional para aprovechar al máximo todas las herramientas y características que ofrece Xero.

Puntos a favor:

Xero es una plataforma intuitiva y fácil de usar que no requiere habilidades técnicas avanzadas para poder trabajar con ella, siendo accesible en cualquier lugar debido que la plataforma se basa en la nube, lo que significa que los usuarios pueden acceder a ella desde cualquier lugar y en cualquier momento. Comentarios: La plataforma esta en constante mejora, lo que significa que a futuro podrá ser muy sólida en el mercado. Es de facil acceso y su interfaz es super ligera lo que hace que no requiera de mucha data para navegar por las diversas opciones del menú.

Puntos a favor:

Es una plataforma práctica de usar, permite integrarse con otras plataformas como Stripe para mejorar procesos de cobranza y pagos. Es muy versatil y lo mejor de todo es que estan en constante mejora por parte del desarrollador creando nuevos estilos de reportes

Contras:

Anteriormente tuve muchos problemas para importar facturas masivas ya que tenia un limite de carga, actualmente no sé si el error fue corregido, motivo por le cual se hizo una integración con Stripe para evitar este tipo de errores.

Xero está cambiando el panorama de la contabilidad en la nube

Comentarios: Mi experiencia con Xero se puede describir como satisfactoria, ha simplificado mi flujo de trabajo y me ha ahorrado mucho tiempo y esfuerzo, ya no paso muchas horas en la oficina. Recomendaría este software a todo el mundo.

Puntos a favor:

Xero gestiona toda la contabilidad de los negocios directamente. En particular, la automatización del proceso de conciliación bancaria es un ahorro de tiempo increíble, se conecta a bancos y tarjetas de crédito. Además, se integra fácil y efectivamente con otro software basado en la nube, lo que mejora la usabilidad de Xero.

Contras:

Mi principal problema era que me gustapoder crear diferentes direcciones de entrega en facturas que tienen una dirección de factura pero diferentes ubicaciones de entrega, ya que es importante especificarlo. Para solucionarlo, lo escribimos en el cuerpo de la factura; sin embargo, con los sistemas anteriores hemos podido ingresar múltiples direcciones de entrega, para una dirección de factura y seleccionar la requerida cada vez.

App muy sencilla y fácil de utilizar

Comentarios: Es una app que utilizo diariamente para la gestión de la contabilidad de mi empresa, con ella realizo la facruración , el inventario, las compras, los gastos, etc.Por su bajo coste, es accesible para todas la empresas, te ayuda ha hacer tu día a día más dinámico y llevadero, y lo pueden utilizar tanto pequeñas como grandes empresas.

Puntos a favor:

Lo que más me gi¡usta de Xero es que es accesible para todo el mundo y es muy efectiva para hacer tu día a día más llevadero y ahorrar tiempo.

Contras:

Lo que menos me gusta, es que es un poco compleja, ya que para su utilización se requiere tener conocimientos en materia de contabilidad.

Solución contable para autónomos

Puntos a favor:

Xero es una solución de contabilidad online fácil de usar, accesible y que te permite automatizar procesos y cuentas en tiempo real. Si buscas una herramienta contable eficaz, te puede servir.

Contras:

Resulta complicada de aprender si no tienes mucha experiencia en contabilidad. El soporte al cliente no es tan sencillo cuando tienes dudas contables de la aplicación.

Herramienta de facturación y contabilidad en la nube

Puntos a favor:

Plataforma muy fácil de usar e intuitiva, permite conectarte con distintos bancos y aplicaciones como Stripe para centralizar la facturación del negocio.

Contras:

Me parece un poco caro en comparación con sus competidores si no necesitas una gestión compleja.

Software de contabilidad perfecto!

Comentarios: Xero permite ahorrar tiempo principalmente a través de la automatización de cuentas bancarias y reglas bancarias. Como con todo este tipo de software, hay ciertas cosas que le faltan, pero Xero está mejorando continuamente.

Puntos a favor:

Fácil de usar. Buena integración con nuestro software de gestión de inventario y con las cuentas bancarias. Diferentes usuarios pueden tener diferentes niveles de acceso (por ejemplo, acceso a recibos y facturas pero sin acceso a datos bancarios).Incluye muchas otras posibilidades que se van conociendo y aprendiendo cuanto más lo uses!

Contras:

Creo que la mayor desventaja del software es el precio, la tarifa de suscripción mensual es demasiado alta . Aparte del precio, la única otra desventaja es que el soporte es solo por correo electrónico lo que lleva más tiempo resolver los problemas.

Xero Facturacion por E-mail

Comentarios: Bastante buena. El precio del producto es mas caro que otro software que use anteriormente pero sus herramientas lo valen por completo.

Puntos a favor:

Es facil de usar ya que el diseño es bastante limpio e intuitivo. Las herraminetas son muy faciles de ubicar.

Contras:

Al principio si no tienes mucha experiencia se pueden cometer errores con la facturacion por e-mail

El contador en forma sencilla

Comentarios: Es un programa que nos ahorra tiempo, si bien aún puede mejorar es una gran herramienta de contabilidad.

Fácilidad de uso, interfase integrada, funciones para integrar cambios en forma sencilla.

Contras:

Problema al cargar gran cantidad de datos, tarifa muy alta.

Comentarios: me ha ayudado mucho, en cuanto a una mejor contabilidad y orden.

toda la información la encuentras en la nube, sus herramientas para la facturación son increíbles, fácil de usar, sus alertas y notificaciones son de gran ayuda.

Contras:

todas sus funciones son excelentes. cada una cumple su función y gestión.

Xero saves a lot of time in accounting.

Comentarios: Xero is helping us achieve a successful financial management experience. With Xero, it is easy to know the amount of money spent on each and every project as well daily expenditure and this helps us to always spend within our budget. It keeps us updated about our financial health and performance which is a valuable aspect for our success in what we are doing in the society as it prevent us from promising what we are unable to offer.

Xero helped us eliminate all the complexity of accounting by giving us a simpler way of managing our finances and financial activities. It has the most accurate financial reports that allows us to monitor and understand our financial performance in a more dynamic yet simple way. It keep us on reminded of due bills allowing us to pay all our bills in time to avoid inconveniences of delayed payments. Xero makes it easy for us to capture data of every transactions being made for enhanced expense monitoring.

Contras:

Xero has been a consistent accounting tool in our organization generally because of how excellent it is in delivering the exact services that we are looking for. No negative impressions so far.

Xero- Finance software for non-financial people

Comentarios: Xero took me from relying solely on the word and opinion of my Accounts Officer and Treasurer, to actually being able to read and understand financial reports. P&L's and balance sheets. Xero's ease of use also lead me to quickly be able to confidently action financial matters myself if needed, which was never an option with the previous software used. I would encourage every small business to use Xero.

Puntos a favor:

So very easy to use once it is all set up. the reporting is clean and easy to understand, invoicing is seamless and account reconciliation is simple.

Contras:

Migrating from MYOB or another accounting software can be time consuming, however this would happen with any software.

This is a self-taught product

Comentarios: From day one, I was absolutely on my own setting this up. We were a new company and did not have anything to import from another product. There was no, and still is no, customer support at all. There is a help center where you can search and search to find an answer to your question(s). As long as the product is working, you will do ok once you figure it all out. However, if something stops functioning, it may be months before it gets fixed. This made it very difficult for me to be able to do month-end, quarter-end and year-end reconciliations and reporting. The product worked for a couple weeks in the month of January which caused multiple duplications that had to be worked through then the product stopped working again for about another month. I don't care what the cost of a product is, if you can't use it because of their product defects, what is it truly worth? It cost my employer more money to pay me to work through all this than if I had done it all manually on spreadsheets.

After six years of use, I am comfortable using Xero when it is working.

Contras:

Read your reviews on the customer service aspect of this product. It doesn't matter how well a product is rated when there is zero customer service. All the negatives you read about their customer service are TRUE. We have used Xero for 6.5 years and it was six years before I ever got to message with what seemed to be a human. There is no phone number to call nor is there live chat. You can submit a customer support ticket but good luck getting a timely response or a response at all. You can ask the "community" for help but a reply from the Xero community may never come.

Xero for non profits

Comentarios: Now that I am up and running I really like it. The nominal structure is very different to Sage Line 50 but the principles are the same. I was advised by multiple accountants to choose Xero or Sage online above Quickbooks

Online means that we can share information across the team as we do not work from a central office.

Contras:

I did need an expert to help me set up Xero and make sure all the data was imported correctly. We bought in around 10 hours of expert help to get us started.

Xero is taking good care of our accounting and finance management.

Comentarios: Xero has become a very crucial product in our organization mostly on the finance department. It allows us to take control over our finances and expenditure. With Xeo, it is easy to account for every penny we receive as payments from clients and balance our finances with our expenditure. It has helped us eliminate any loopholes which could see us experience loses in our business.

Xero has been such a savior product for us and has helped us streamline our financial management experience. We find it very useful how it allows us to track funds move within the organization including our overall expenditure as it helps avoid overspending. The financial reports are easy to read and extract useful insights which shows our position financially. Xero security features has also been a big plus for us in keeping our financial information secure and private.

Contras:

It was easy to start it off with Xero as the interface is very smooth. No issues at all when using it.

Xero - The David to the Goliath

I have been with Xero for many years. I love the sense of community and i LOVE that I am not being asked to upgrade or upcharge the way some other companies do.

Contras:

I would like to be able to build financial statements in the app. I also noticed that the web version does not conform to the page size when resizing. I have to go in and make the data smaller, the page isn't dynamic like the majority of websites are now.

Xero helps keep financial records straight.

Comentarios: Xero finds its use within our organization majorly during projects where we use it to budget and control all the projects finances. The most benefit we are reaping from it is ensuring that we keep all projects financial records and also ensuring we do not overspend what is not within the budget.

Puntos a favor:

Xero gives us a all-in-one product for taking care of our finances management needs. We love using it since it eliminates the need to have multiple products for managing our finances since we can do it all from one product. It helps us to budget for our projects and track the expenses of the projects to ensure we do not go over the set budget. Creating and sharing payment invoices for our clients is easy and fast.

Contras:

I can't seem to find any aspect of Xero where i feel it does not offer the best. Xero has been outstanding in everything it does.

Clean , user friendly

Comentarios: Overall it works great, especially reconciliation of bank accounts, invoicing and bills.One thing to be mindful of is how GST settings are applied... to each customer settings and to each invoice.... It's easy to get this stuffed up.

Puntos a favor:

Generally, Xero is easy to use and if you have one contact per company you shouldn't have an issue. However, if you need to send invoices to different people in the same company/organisation, you need to create a new contact (with a slightly different name as it will say the other one already exists), or, change the contact name and then, after sending the invoice, change it back to the main contact. Neither of these are any good.

Contras:

The product itself is fully featured in a way MYOB isn't. HOWEVER, if you have an issue with MYOB you'll get someone on the phone within a few minutes, but with Xero you have to use their knowledge-base then post a request for help. I'm still waiting a phone call I requested five days previously only to be told it will be another two days. What a joke.

Some good features but bank feeds need sorting!

Comentarios: It does help do the basic functions of VAT etc. I do like it but technical issues happen all too often. I haven't changed provider due to the time involved in doing so.

Contras:

Constant issues with bank feeds from my HSBC Kinetic app account. Caused me countless hours trying to sort duplicate bank lines and transactions. Actually cost me money as needed my accountants to investigate it all. The issue is still not resolved a year on despite me submitting support requests to get it fixed. Poor for what I see as quite expensive for small business

My Experience with Xero

Kudos for mobile application, but it lacks offline access.

A great premium software with the all the right integrations

Comentarios: Overall, Xero is great accounting software available in the clould. Its ability to allow workers to work remotely and monitor work is highly useful. It has great accounting tools at your fingertips. The great selection of integrations also help with syncing workflows and tasks cross different platforms like document collections and processing, job management and payment processing.

Puntos a favor:

There is a constant improvement of the Xero Blue platform with new integrations coming all the time (like the Karbon integration for contact sync just announced) The Dashboard is highly intuitive and gives an up to date snapshot of the business when you loginThe ability to create reports is highly useful, especially the new update that gives a modern interface with features like budgets for P & L Statements. The ingratiations (an constantly expanding selection)

Contras:

Features like HubDoc that come with Xero have not been updated in years. When compared to their competitors like DEXT they are severely lacking in features and usability. Xero invoicing is very basic, no ability for direct debit payments, no engagement letter etc. Document management software like Suitfiles needs to be used, there is currently no direct integration for document management like Karbon has. Integrations into Xero Green (XPM) basic, XPM has not been updated in many years and to an overhaul to compete. Pricing when compared to software like software assistant is more premium.

Great online software for SMEs

Comentarios: It has been great software that helped many business to grow with up to date, online financial information.

Puntos a favor:

Xero has been one of the first solutions for cloud bookkeeping and accounting and has successfully competed with the likes of Sage and QuickBooks. It has probably the most other software providers that link directly with Xero over APIs.

Contras:

Over the years there were some features that were requested and it took a long time for them to be implemented, also more and more features are additional paid for addons.

Xero makes finance so easy

Comentarios: Since starting with Xero over six years ago, we couldn't be happier. We've centralised all our financial activity into one platform, which is great for non-finance people like myself!

Puntos a favor:

Xero makes managing the finances for a business really straightforward. The user interface is intuitive and it centralises all my accounts information. One of my favourite features is the the dashboard, which is clear and customisable, and gives a great summary of the position position at any time. The software also integrates really well to other platforms for things like receipt capture and detailed business analysis.

Contras:

I'm really happy with how it performs, however, our bookkeeper still does some levels of manual reporting, which he finds easier in Excel, than in Xero. The integration of BA tools does negate this issue.

Accounting Software Design for the Business Owner

Comentarios: Xero give me, an accountant, a tool to provide my clients with that effectively gives them a tool for keeping their daily records in an orderly fashion make my job easier at the end of each month.

Puntos a favor:

Xero have been designed to be used by non-account business folks. However, once the data has been listed an accountant has a great tool to use to finish the company financial records (Monthly, Quarterly & Annually). It is also priced at a rate that works for most business owners.

Contras:

I really do not know of any areas within the software that I can list as "Least" liked. I do not know of any significant problems which I believe need correcting.

Xero has helped us transform and streamline our processes

Comentarios: Xero has streamlined our operations, and simplified our record keeping, and notification of when bills are due for payment or invoices due for collection. The dashboard is fantastic for an overall picture. The reporting tools are excellent, and the ease of use is so logical and straightforward, that it's simple l to self-teach even for a beginner. On top of that when you have any questions the how-to guides are thorough in themselves, and support is excellent and very quick to come back to you with an in depth answer.

Puntos a favor:

The ease of use is fantastic, and a beginner is able to self-teach quite easily with the fantastic guides and webinars that are available from Xero. The support is also exceptional and I have always had my queries answered in great detail and very quickly.

Contras:

My main issue was that I would like to be able to create different delivery addresses on invoices that have one invoice address but different delivery locations, as it's important to specify. To workaround we write it in the body of the invoice, however with previous systems we have been able to enter multiple delivery addresses, for one invoice address and select the required one each time.
