Comentarios: Gracias a NinjaOne hemos podido ofrecer una completa solución de monitorización para nuestros clientes por un coste razonable y permitiéndonos crecer en este ámbito de desarrollo, junto con una compañía como NinjaOne, que ofrece estabilidad, garantías y un excelente soporte técnico y comercial.
Puntos a favor:
Facilidad de uso y de implementacion. Muchísimas características para monitorización. Ejecución de scripts remotos. Herramientas de control remoto integradas. Sistema de línea de comandos remota. Integración con multitud de herramientas de terceros. Solución propia de backup. Solución propia de gestión de documentación. Solución propia de sistema de ticketing. Soporte técnico y comercial excelente del fabricante.
Contras:
Si tuviese que decir algo, aunque no impacta en el buen funcionamiento del producto, sería que echo de menos la posiblidad de una mayor personalización del dashboard.
Mejor software de monitoring para MSP
Comentarios: En general la experiencia con NinjaRMM es muy buena, y hay que destacar que siempre están implementando mejoras en el sistemas que desde hace unos meses ha ido mejorando mucho.
Puntos a favor:
- Fácil implementación - Posibilidad de implementar & customizar alertas (servicios, procesos, event viewer,etc(...)) - Compatibilidad con Mac* - Integración de antivirus (Bitdefender o Webroot) desde NinjaRMM - Posibilidad de control remoto de equipos/servidores (Windows/Mac)

- No puedes personalizar el dashboard principal - Poca integración con SNMP v3 para monitorización avanzada - Pocas opciones de automatización para Mac (Instalación/Updates) o gestión de equipos Mac - Poca integración con Linux - No desarrollada la parte de integración con Hyper-V como sistema de virtualización (VMware, si)

Puede llegar el caso que el equipo no compla con las caracteristicas o se ponga lento en una que otra ocacion.

Comentarios: So far they've been so helpful, every time i call the helpdesk they are able to address the issue and help me reach my goal, our sales rep. Always check on Us to make sure We have what We need and to receive our feedback.

The portal is really easy to use, to understand and to address any issue with customers, also is really simple to implement on your customers.
Contras:
to accomplished a full service for a customer you will have to also use some other companies, for cloud backup and such. i wish they had a solution for everything.
their SMS login is not working - no fix from their support in timly manner

the Sydney office is not picking up the phone - I doubt if it even exists, SMS verification not working - if you need Ninja to fix the issue they are not doing it in a timely manner.
Configure, Deploy & Enjoy
Comentarios: Great support, no guerrilla sales (yet ;)) hands-on technical sessions to adopt the product, and easy to use RMM tooling to get the best out of your servers and endpoints.
Puntos a favor:
In every piece of the software, you sense that this has been built by MSP'ers for MSP'ers, the hardest part for an MSP company like us is to maintain your policies over different customers, that's where Ninja fits for us like a glove, also very impressed with the built-in Back-up, documentation and ticket solution!
Contras:
For us, the Bitdefender Gravity zone is needed for some customers that dont have EDR yet, for us, this integration is working fine but we are not so amazingly impressed by Bitdefender itself, for us Bitdefender still feels like a tool where you have a zillion options instead of having a 'out of the box' perfect solution.

The interface is a bit odd, however once you get used to it and learn your way around, it's fine.

Comentarios: We started with a demo that was great and then the setup was made as easy as possible. The price is outstanding, I really did expect to pay quite a bit more. I don't write a lot of raving software reviews, but I have to hand it to them.

It's not really a problem that's specific to NinjaOne, but this kind of product takes a while to set up.

Awesome RMM Product
Comentarios: NinjaRMM has given us the tools to be able to view our clients technology stack from a distance, and then be able to work with them on current and potential issues. Before this, all issues would come up out the blue and take us by suprise, ruining our current workflow. No more! This product is seriously great, and I don't think we could operate at the level we do without it.

The reporting tools and level of infomation we get on each device is all we could ever need. Being able to update systems with a few clicks has saved hours of our time.

The thing I like least is that we didn't find this product earlier!

Revolutionary RMM
Comentarios: NinjaRMM as completely changed our business, by allowing us to manage all endpoints and have great reporting that we can share with our clients driving efficiencies and sales opportunities that we were missing before.

The ease of use and rate of development is amazing. The interface is powerful but so simple, we don't really need to train new staff what to do as it's so intuitive.
Contras:
Compared to some other RMM solutions it can still be a little limited with some features but these are being developed at a rapid pace and they have a clear roadmap.
Best RMM in the business
Comentarios: Making it easy to patch our assets and keep control over them. Our remote users love it when we can easily remote in and fix their problems.
Puntos a favor:
NinjaOne is easy to use. When you browse its admin center, everything makes sense. Things a properly layed out and easy to find. You can get going in just a few minutes. We use it on a daily basis and it's bundled with amazing features.
Contras:
A little tiny issue here and there, but nothing their technical support weren't able to handle.
Ninja Server Monitoring Tool
Puntos a favor:
Server monitoring is key and Ninja was able to help us out big time here. Such a great product and easy to install and get setup.
Contras:
Sometimes the dashboard when you login isn't as intuitive as it could be. Wish it was easier to customize and maybe create some shortcuts to problem child servers.
Alternativas consideradas:
Software per MSP
Comentarios: It has greatly simplified the work of technicians. It has improved all prevention work and especially the ability to handle multiple devices at once.
Puntos a favor:
What is interesting is the ability to automate so many repetitive and tedious functions for an IT person. Centrally manage patches of windows and third-party software.
Contras:
The thing that perhaps needs improvement is that when running tasks at set times there is no option to have an email arrive with the outcome of the task.

Comentarios: Very good. Even though we're a small IT company, every member of staff have made us feel valued as a Ninja client.

The UI can be a bit tricky at times but the online FAQs are very helpful.

Great company to help with all management needs
Comentarios: [sensitive content hidden] is awesome and has always been there. He would reach out every few weeks and is always helpful. We were passed to a new rep that has only talked to me once so if I had one thing I would ask for [sensitive content hidden] back because he is a rockstar.

Price and features. When I need help I can reach out to my rep who helps me get direct access to support.
Contras:
Interface still a work in progress. Does not integrate with Malwarebytes Endpoint which is our Endpoint of choice though we buy Malwarebytes from Ninja.

Best RMM out there!
Comentarios: We have been able to have eyes on all clients servers which helps us a lot since before server drives would die without us checking or the client paying for your manual backup check service. Ninja allows us to monitor networks at a fair price to us and them. It also allowed us to use the TeamViewer integration to disable all RDP access for a much more secure remote tool.
Puntos a favor:
Ninja RMM has helped our MSP us better manage our growing customer base while providing us with the peace of mind client networks are being properly maintained and monitored.
Contras:
We have not had many issues with Ninja RMM so far. If anything the company is younger than most RMM platforms but funny enough I find that to be an advantage since they are constantly adding features and improving their platform.
Alternativas consideradas:
Excellent RMM for newcomers and experienced in the industry
Comentarios: The team at NinjaRMM is truly dedicated to providing a world-class RMM and experience for MSP's and ITSP's using it. The team goes out of its way to assist when needed, even getting their engineers involved if a partner need's more technical help. I would recommend and continue work with NinjaRMM to grow our IT services business.
Puntos a favor:
First is its ease of use to setup and organize for different clients. The learning curve is very minimal if you're experienced with systems administration tools. I found NinjaRMM to be quite easy to configure patching & scripting, as well as deploy its Webroot integration. NinjaRMM's customer support team is dedicated to helping make NinjaRMM both priced right and function well for your needs.
Contras:
The only con I can think of is the lowly NMS (network management system) agent. I refer to lowly because it's a functional but early-stage NMS solution in contrast to an Auvik or Domotz. However, at Ninja's price-point for some basic network monitoring, this agent works well.

Expanding the range of integrations would enhance the overall usability and interoperability of NinjaOne.
