You just have to import a list and you are ready to make calls. You press the start button and it automaticly calls each number of your list. Once you disconnect from the call than it automaticly calls the other number from your list. You can send automatic emails, faxes, from pre-defined templates you made. Hyper intuitive and made for professional telesales who needs to get more leads. In one case I had problems with my computer that prevented me from using Dolphin at all, and they told me "well it works for us", which I thought was pretty lame. I did not use Dolphin for quite awhile, and was about to give up on it completely, until my computer was finally fixed and so were my issues with Dolphin, so I'm a happy user again. Also, their integration with Constant Contact has issues and has never worked for me. > > I've been using Dolphin for over 5 years in my business. It's been a lifesaver for calling customers who have not been using my service. I can make contact with about 100 per hour, either getting them on a live call or leaving a canned message.
