Me encantan las muchas opciones para personalizar y diseñar nuestro sitio web para adaptarlo a nuestro estilo y necesidades.

Contras:

Como administrador, recibo notificaciones instantáneas cuando alguien se inscribe en nuestros cursos y puedo realizar un seguimiento de su progreso.

Una herramienta de cursos online todo en uno.

Puntos a favor:

Me gusta mucho la cantidad de funcionalidades que tiene y look & feel de la plataforma, los cursos, las landings pages. Es realmente cómodo poder hacer el siguimiento a los alumnos. Fácil uso.

Contras:

Quizás algo lento para la versión móvil, el contenido a veces tarda en cargar, pero en general muy recomendable. El precio está dentro de lo normal para todo lo que ofrece.

Plataforma de E-Learning

Comentarios: Es una excelente plataforma de cursos online. Totalmente recomendable, mis alumnos están muy satisfechos con la herramienta.

Puntos a favor:

En su versión web es bastante usable y la interfaz es muy intuitiva. Es muy fácil seguir los cursos y hacer seguimiento de los alumnos. El precio no me parece elevado para todo el partido que sacamos a la plataforma.

Contras:

He encontrado algunos problemas con la versión móvil, pienso que podría mejorarse, ya que algunos contenidos tradar en cargarse y alguna vez se ha quedado bloqueado.

Great affordable training solution

Comentarios: I created an employee training library with courses and certifications to track internal training. I was able to create trainings easily and my employees were able to have courses assigned to them individually and pick up right where they left off of they stopped mid lesson.

Puntos a favor:

It's so easy from the end user perspective and everything looks clean and professional. I used it for employee training and they loved it.

Contras:

It's a little bit of a learning curve to use but their team is amazing and will keep turn your vision into reality.

Comentarios: I am really impressed. I didn't expect it to be so amazing (I expected similar experiences to other tools I've used in the past, clunky, very little support), but I've been really impressed with every interaction so far.

Puntos a favor:

Lots of things, I love the tool itself, I love what it can do even in its most basic form. I like how many options I have (video, text, quizzes) I think the support team has been what has impressed me the most. I don't think i've ever worked with a tool that has offered such exceptional support.

Contras:

1. My company won't let me upgrade which is annoying 2. Not really "like least" more like things I'd like to have: I want to be able to see all the users interactions in one place and have the ability to grade or leave feedback. If I want to see a users interactions (how long they spent, where they are in the course) I have to check the individual's course page. If I want to grade their exam, I have to go to Courses > Review Center If I want to see their answers to a self-assessment I have to go into the course and view "responses" from there If I want to see their answers to forms, I either stay in the course and view responses, or I go to Course Forms. I think I'd prefer to either have 1 place where I can view a users interactions and grade them from there, or ideally 2 places, the individual's record and an "examiners" workshop or something where I can view all responses/interactions from everyone. I'd also like an alert to know when a user has completed an activity, not just logged in and/or completed, but a self-assessment, form or exam.

Software anterior: Zoom Events and Webinars, Typeform y Microsoft Excel

Razones para cambiar a LearnWorlds: It was better. they were either more expensive or had less features and Learnworlds user experience is superior

Excellent platform, helpful support, and big plans for future improvements

Learnworlds has an amazing support team! They're super responsive, helpful, and know their stuff. Anytime I have a question or run into an issue, they’re quick to respond and make things easy to sort out. They do not only respond in a written form, but also do screen recordings!

Contras:

Some features are still missing (at least for our case). It can be a bit frustrating when you need a specific feature and realize it’s missing or not fully built out. But I am pretty sure a diligent team already has many improvements planned.

I paid thousands of dollars and they don't have a no brainer feature??????????????

Puntos a favor:

Easy to setup. Thought we were making a good decision. Oops.

Contras:

WE HAVE TO HAVE A USER FACING TIMER ON OUR COURSE. This is mandated by the State for our course work and LearnWorlds is dragging their feet taking the 30 min it would take to enable the feature.Their team is slow and won't implement no-brainer necessities. Very disappointed and wasting so much time and giving them thousands of $$$ for nothing.

Learnworlds, you get what you pay for!

Comentarios: It’s been super and I recently had to contact help over a major issue and the ticket was answered on minutes with a clear explanation and offer to help and make things right. Honestly it’s been a great experience.

Puntos a favor:

Really easy to use and there is a huge amount of help guides, PDFs, webpages and usually a video describing what it is that you are trying to do.

Contras:

Fees, these are a little higher than some other platforms but honestly you get what you pay for and in this case also the help stuff and back end ease !

Intuitive and stable learning management platform for all sized of needs

Comentarios: Very satisfied. Good value for money. Can focus on creating new video contents and managing the school instead of busy creating a LMS from zero.

Puntos a favor:

The platform is very user-friendly, and the connection is stable. Their Tech Support team responds quickly and fixes any issues. I am satisfied and will be using LearnWorlds for a long time.

Contras:

Just minor issues with the subtitle. Sometimes, you need to refresh your browser, and it will appear. I also wish there were automation tools to help me upload the subtitle files, as right now, I have to manually add all 57 files for each video, one by one. Other than that, I wish the "Expert Profiles" were automatically updated in one place. I have to manually update the same expert profiles on a few course detail pages as they are not updated automatically.

It's an excellent option to use!

Comentarios: Once you get familiar with the system, it becomes a powerful tool for creating and delivering online coaching programs. It’s easy to set up the platform and customize it based on your target audience.

Best customer support team which is responsive, knowledgeable and always ready to assist, making the whole experience smooth and hassle-free!

Contras:

There are some challenges with automation, as certain processes don’t run as flexibly as expected.

LearnWorlds offers more features than we knew

Comentarios: LearnWorlds has been an ideal solution for us. Much simpler and streamlined than imagined. An expected learning curve at the beginning but any issues we had at the beginning have been resolved well.

Puntos a favor:

The customer support we get is fantastic. Very impressed by the patience of the many support people who help up us on a regular basis. We started with the Pro Platform and as we moved into more live events with more people saw that greater numbers of options were available at the Learning Center level. Relieving several people of manual tasks that LearnWorlds can do automatically is really great.

Contras:

It would be ideal if we could add images a la carte to pages as we please but we have found some workarounds the seem to be okay.

Comentarios: They respond with a lot of info and links anytime I have a question or don't know how to do anything. Customer service is prompt. Its a beautiful robust platform and looks so amazing. As well, I struggled at times with other platforms to get everything the way I like for my UI/UX and LearnWorlds met or exceeded all my expectations in that regard

Puntos a favor:

It integrates the most features into what I want while giving me a ton of freedom to create the course how I want, to make my course look awesome, to integrate tons of media types

Contras:

The price is high compared to other software for businesses / course creators just starting out but it offers a bit more than they do. The price is good and offers a lot for those able to pay a higher price.

Razones para elegir LearnWorlds: I could not load up all of my media types I wanted to, I found the LearnWorlds UI/UX just really superior, I heard stories about how some other platforms will pursue your customer base

Razones para cambiar a LearnWorlds: iSpring came the closest to LearnWorlds and they have a great course authoring product but LearnWorlds offered unlimited courses / users / instructors - that is pretty well unbeatable whereas other similar platforms will charge after a certain amount of users or you are limited to how many users you can have in a year or your user has to purchase your product for a year instead of a shorter period of time... or you have to expel them from the product if they haven't used it for a while... its a lot to consider, I want my users to have lifetime access so LearnWorlds was the best

Perfect Solution for our Online School

Comentarios: The data we can pull from our courses is above and beyond. Learnworlds has given us everything we need to create innovative, engaging online courses that people LOVE taking. The interface is user-friendly and integrates with several other programs like Zapier and Mailchimp. They have constantly improved the platform and have gone the extra mile to help make our school successful with professional development offerings. We couldn't be more happy with our LMS selection!

I love so many things about this software. I think first and foremost the best part is the team behind it. From every aspect of using this software they have been helpful and forward thinking. Everything they have promised, they have delivered. They are extremely helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. I researched over 100 LMS options when I began our school and I have never once regretted choosing Learnworlds.

Contras:

I wish there were more prebuilt templates in the ebooks. I also wish the built in assessment tool offered more question formats. They have recently added multiple selection answers which is great! I am also looking forward to more updates in the extra sections for users involving social interaction and communication in addition to what they already offer. For example, I'd like to be able to easily email users in a course directly from the LMS.

Comentarios: LearnWorlds made the flow of training courses continuous, and with it we had tools to document the views of target audiences. It is great that it helped us design courses in a modern way that presents easy-to-understand content that enables us to communicate skills efficiently.

Puntos a favor:

With LearnWorlds we had the digital hub we needed to create courses or give presentations on new skills. I loved the abundance of templates that allowed us to format and prepare content for presentation seamlessly. I loved the ease of sending links to target audiences, and documenting their completion of viewing. I loved its efficiency in preparing digital tests, collecting correct answers, displaying the final result, and preparing lists of all the results. It is great that it works as a marketing tool where we display the links to the presentations on social media, and we can also get data on the number of views, which helps us measure our ability to influence.

Contras:

There are no negatives related to LearnWorlds. Its efficiency is unmatched, I consider it the best I have experienced in this field.

Best Support for Online Courses

Comentarios: Customer support is one of the pillars of LW. I would have given up several times if it wasn't for the support team. In addition, the instruction manuals are excellent and easy to follow. At a difficult time in my life when the company I'd worked for decided to cut employee salaries by 60%, LearnWorlds showed up for me at the perfect time to continue my work on my own terms. I feel they are a company that really cares about its customers. As entrepreneurs, it's up to us to get our companies/schools off the ground, but I feel LW has gone a long way to set us up for success. My school is in its infancy, but I am optimistic that I've chosen the right partner in LW to evolve with the industry and help us to grow.

Puntos a favor:

LW has everything set up in one platform, so someone who is not familiar with technology can easily set up their own school. The templates look beautiful and professional, and are easy to use. Customer support is stellar, and I've always had experts help me at any time I have needed them. Everything I worried about has been taken care of by LW, including the legal issues, data protection, etc., and everything I could have imagined has already been carefully thought-out by the developers, including external pages, etc. I researched learning platforms for about two years and was about to go with Thinkific, but Learnworlds seem to offer the most features for comparable basic-tier prices. From every angle, Learnworlds came out on top for me, and continues to do so. As a Greek-Cypriot, I'm also proud to support this innovative company coming out of Greece :-)

Contras:

The amount of information and work involved for a novice (like myself) in setting up a school on LearnWorlds can be overwhelming, but I'd rather have too much information than too little. At times, it was not clear what features I was getting on the Starter plan (for example, I thought that I could offer Group sessions via Learnworlds without having to take out another subscription to a third-party, Calendly). Also, even though the fees for Starter plan are reasonable compared to other learning platforms, I think subscription plans should be offered in Startup because it is hard to sell online courses in such a bloated market, and having subscription plans can help small startups like myself to offer customers more attractive options. It is also difficult to offer free eBooks because although they are easy to create in LW, it is hard to get them to potential customers outside of LW.

Learning Curve with Learn Worlds

Comentarios: I like it as a course options. It also allows you to build funnels. But I think it would compare to Systeme as the all in one CRM. And it should integrate more seamlessly. I think they are still working on that.

The ease of use and aesthetically friendly.

Contras:

I think when it comes to logging in it can make it more clear on the home page as the learner. Cause if I’m enrolled in multiple courses then it shows me the percentage done. I think the home page can be less cluttery.

Awesome LMS and course authoring platform

Comentarios: Awesome experience. Our customers were extremely happy moving from our previous platform to the current one.

Puntos a favor:

The support team, weekly webinars, user guides, integrations, API, templates, custom code, and help videos are awesome!

Contras:

At the time of purchase, the account manager and marketing team advertised that after login pages were password protected. Their technology and development team clarified that only one page was password protected, and all other pages could be accessed without login. I had to use a workaround to address this.

It does what is says! And a bit more.

Comentarios: Overall, one of the best (if not the best) platforms out there to host your online academy, online training center etc. Never had any issues, everything works fast and feels solid. Just trust these guys.

Contras:

It's a bit more complicated when it comes to lesson settings (e.g. you have to do SEO one time for the page and another time for the course itself). The video library gets messy when you have many videos (there isn't an option to organize them by "newest" or "oldest," etc.). There's a lack of user-defined "preset sections" or something similar, in order to build pages quickly and achieve better cohesion across your school. Copy-paste sections is counter-intuitive.

The customer service is friendly, with the same people, and quick to help. The platform has a zillion design choices and they are ALWAYS innovating with new products. It is hard to keep up, but that is a good thing.

Contras:

Nothing that I can think of. It is a platform that keeps on giving.
