Feature-Rich, Easy to Use, and Very Innovative!!
Comentarios:
The Pulseway Team will work hard with you to get you up and running, the agent is light, deployment is straightforward and easy. Virtually all the tools you might need are there. It has both a dashboard application that runs locally as well as a Web Interface. Remote access and control are good. The Pulseway Help site: https://www.pulseway.com/resource-centre is a good resource.
Overall for the price, Pulseway is an exceptional value.

What I like about Pulseway is that it is easy to use. When you open the console and go to a machine, you can plainly see all the options available to push software, execute DOS or PowerShell commands, send a message to the user, remotely control the PC, scope its hardware, check what software is installed. Its all there, easy to get to and easy to control. Also, Pulseway offers Webroot as a AntiMalware option. Webroot is light and fast and does the job. Our users never complain that our anti-virus software is causing their systems to slowdown or become un-useable. Oh and the Pulseway mobile app is revolutionary!
Contras:
One feature that we have some issues with is the is integration between Pulseway and Webroot. When it works it works great, but here and there on a few systems the PC, Pulseway, and Webroot don't agree as to whether Webroot is installed or not. The fix to this is to do a comprehensive manual cleanup/uninstall and try again. Tech support could be more responsive. I miss the old days when you could call and get help for almost any product, but that's not the norm anymore. Once you get hooked up with a Pulseway technician, they will work with you to resolve your issue.

The overall experience has always been wonderful. I know a lot of people give bad reviews and experience regarding Kaseya with contract locks etc. As anyone would naturally would not like to be bound by contract, its their way of doing business and I respect that as they want to retain long term serious customers.
I have always have a great experience talking to support and sales and they always understood my needs and were always ready for a quick call for better understanding my requirements, which is saying something in terms of support.
A major shoutout to all my previous account managers and my current one [sensitive content hidden]. I have always loved our conversation, where you simply don't make it seem like a sales call rather a meaningful conversation.
Puntos a favor:
The Mobile App is years ahead of its time and I have been using Pulseway for almost 10 years. Their Support and Sales team are patient and great. Most things get resolved instantly and they listen to feedback and always have new fixes and feature ready at bay.
Contras:
Occasional cohesiveness between the webapp and mobile app. There are some rare instances that the Web App and the Mobile App function differently, whereas as an avid software user, the general stance is that there would generally be the the same experience across web and mobile. The mobile app has not been updated in terms of excessive functionality as well as looks as it still holds the same look and feel and most of the functionality from years ago. That being said, even those functionalities are ahead of its time when they were release, I hope they improve their mobile app whilst they are already improving their web app as I believe their mobile app sets them apart from other competitors. The ability to restart a PC or check its logs while being away and remote itself is nuff said. Improved notifications is also another aspect I would like to add.

Pulseway is an exceptional remote monitoring and management tool. Its intuitive interface and real-time alerts make managing IT infrastructure a breeze. The mobile app is particularly impressive, allowing me to monitor and control systems on the go. Highly recommend it for any IT professional!
Contras:
Pulseway is a decent remote monitoring tool, but it can be a bit slow at times. The mobile app, while useful, occasionally crashes, which can be frustrating. Overall, it gets the job done but could use some improvements.
Great service so far.
Comentarios: Great so far. [sensitive content hidden], my account manager, is very responsive anytime I have questions. I have to say that I am only using maybe 25 percent of what it is capable of, but for that it is working great.
Puntos a favor:
The cost for what you are getting. For a few dollars a month per workstation you get complete monitoring and remote access.
Contras:
It doesn't support monitoring iOS devices yet though I believe they are working on that and you can still use their app on your iPad or iPhone to monitor other systems (Mac, Windows or Linux).

Excellent product with great customer service
Comentarios: From the onboarding on day 1 it has been a really positive experience with good support and backed by excellent customer service and constant improvements to the platform. The endpoint client is simple to setup, the web client is easy to use and allows a lot of fine-grained control and it also provides a lot of peace of mind.
Puntos a favor:
Pulseway has given us a really big boost to visibility and issues on our network as well as the power to control both Windows and 3rd party software issues. They also integrate a wide range of products and services which gives us a broad marketplace to choose new IT services from and have them integrate directly into the management platform.
Contras:
Being entirely cloud-based there's a bit of a limit to the usefulness of it as an internal diagnostic tool. Although it's capable of a huge amount it's no help when the internet goes out for example.
Pulseway for the Win
Comentarios: Positive - these people seem to genuinely care about delivering a product that not only works, but is easy to implement and manage. I also like the simplified licensing.
Puntos a favor:
Easy to implement, easy to manage. Simplified license module, cost effective. Great support.
Contras:
Missing some functionality at the moment on the network monitoring side.

A good RMM tool at a good price
Comentarios: Overall it has been a good platform to use. It offers very helpful tools at a very good price. While I have my complaints about them, they are willing to listen and improve as I have had previous complaints that have been resolved.
Puntos a favor:
I like that the platform is constantly improving and adding new features. They are fairly open to criticism and following through on feedback and requests.
Contras:
I am not a fan of the lack of certain features on the web app that their mobile app has such as installing apps and running workflows both ad hoc. There is also a lack of dark mode on the web app. My biggest gripe though is their documentation. It feels incomplete and can be tricky finding information on a certain feature.
Alternativas consideradas:
A robust RMM solution that deserves your attention.
Comentarios: Overall, I've been very happy and at ease using Pulseway's platform. The fantastic UI and app support are great for IT workers who are on the go and can't always sit down at a workstation. Over time, I have seen small improvements that make things easier every year. For instance, the new device management page, where you can run a script or workflow on a single workstation rather than manually creating a new scope beforehand, is very handy. From my calls with my Pulseway manager and the various webinars explaining different integrations and features, I'm happy to see that the Pulseway team continues to innovate and improve the platform.
Puntos a favor:
The platform is very accessible for SMBs to set up and use. I have only had to call support a handful of times for help over the years I've used the platform. The UI and mobile support are fantastic. When I first started, I had trouble getting quotes from other RMMs because of my low user count. I am truly thankful to Pulseway for making things easy for me. The pricing is very competitive from what I've seen, and this is also appreciated. As someone with a multi-faceted role where I can't spend all my time working solely on security, I appreciate the ease of use and polish that Pulseway brings. Pulseway's support personnel who conduct quarterly or annual calls, along with their general support, are fantastic and very knowledgeable about the product.
Contras:
Pulseway, like any good RMM, comes with full PowerShell access to a single workstation or the entire fleet of workstations through a script or workflow. I wish they had more ready-to-use scripting templates for advanced IT tasks. I have noticed that they have released some nice reporting and script templates since I last checked. Their integrated remote desktop solution for accessing user machines could use some more polish. Additionally, I wish there were more dashboard templates to show other metrics.

Comentarios: I have been very pleased with my experience with Pulseway, Each of the reps in charge of my account have been top notch and have gone out of their way to be friendly and very helpful and Especially Ross who has made every effort to understand the needs of my company and how a one man operation needs to do business.
Puntos a favor:
The ability to easily keep track of all of my customers computers and get alerts when there is a problem so I can be proactive in their support as well as Remote Desktop Access which works pretty good for both Windows and MacOS machines.
Contras:
They don't yet have support for Linux Remote Desktop and that is really needed.

Fairly OK mid-range solution
Comentarios: It worked well for a time, however we did switch to an alternate product.
Puntos a favor:
Very friendly GUI, easy to learn and to instruct others.
Contras:
Lacks a lot of features present in other RMM solutions, pricing is fairly steep too when considering this.
Pulseway experience with 500+ user
Comentarios: We are satisfied with the service of Pulseway, but we would be happy if they would listen to the subscriber's needs as well.
Puntos a favor:
The platform works reliably and the continously innovate the software in every quarter. The support and the account manager is very helpfull and always has competent answer to our questions.
Contras:
They should be more flexible with customer needs, like transtale the end user customer portal for other languages other than english and german.

Powerful RMM Solution
Comentarios: It removed a lot of work from my team, especially with patch management and automation workflows.
Puntos a favor:
Very effortless management of the managed systems. Many different interesting and powerful features such as automations. The mobile app is very nice. It is frequently updated with new features.
Contras:
Should be better integrated with linux systems. I would love to see patch management for linux.
Pulseway For the Win
Comentarios: My overall experience with Pulseway has been very positive. It ticks all the boxes we need as an IT department, and it does so at a fraction of the cost of its competitors.
Puntos a favor:
The user-friendly design of Pulse Way makes it incredibly easy to use, I also appreciate how Pulseway simplifies patching and automates installations, making it a seamless process.
Contras:
The thing I like least is having to navigate between two different websites—one for RMM and another for the helpdesk. PSA and RMM should be better integrated.
Pulseway Pros and Cons
Comentarios: Very good, support and training is exceptional.
Puntos a favor:
Functionality is the main reason, it just does what I need it to do. Relatively easy to configure and maintain.
Contras:
A little costly, be good if some modules could be removed, ie many server related modules are not needed with the growing use of cloud apps.
Genasys Review
Comentarios: Having a centralized RMM tool to manage my user endpoints and servers makes doing my job much easier.
Puntos a favor:
It was quick to deploy and was quite easy to learn. The patch management template is also very convenient. The Mobile application is also extremely handy.
Contras:
Deployment via Intune is not possible at this time.

Comentarios:
I've used Pulseway for about 8-9 years, primarily to Monitor and Patch server, overall it easy to use and easy to setup.
The Pulseway support is also quick to help in case you need them.
Puntos a favor:
Being the responsible person if an outage happens, having the Pulseway mobile application is perfect and makes the monitoring really easy.

Comentarios: Very positive, I would recommend it to anyone who manages more than two workstations.
Puntos a favor:
I mostly use Pulseway for 3rd party patch management, but I have used a number of other features with success. Over the years you can see Pulseway is committed to improving their service by adding and improving features.
Contras:
Sometime the clients is active but not reporting in and I have to uninstall it and reinstall it.
Powerful RMM software
Comentarios: Overall happy with Pulseway it does everything we need it to do, deploy anti-virus software, patch management etc.. It is really handy having the ability to run Powershell scripts without disturbing the end user. Sometimes I have been able to resolve issues without even remoting in by just running a PS script in the background. I'll be interested to try out the Android MDM once it's implemented, currently only works for Apple
Puntos a favor:
It's easy to use and just works, I have had minimal issues and where there has been issues support has been responsive in resolving the issues.
Contras:
Sometimes the remote-control software bugs out/clunky but it has gotten better in some aspects since we've been using Pulseway e.g. It now re-connects to a computer without having to start a new remote session

Pulseway is a great RMM for any size organization
Comentarios: When leaving our MSP, I needed a solution that would give me the same remote monitoring and access they had. I'm a consumer of Linus Media Group content and I have seen them advertise Pulseway numerous times, so I reached out to Pulseway and I've been happy ever since.
Puntos a favor:
The cost of Pulseway really seems to be unbeatable. Pulseway also has a robust feature set for the price.
Contras:
If I had to pick a con, it would be that they add features faster than they can document them for use. Ah, I just thought of something else. I absolutely detest Kaseya and the increasing integrations that Pulseway has with them gives me some reason for concern.

A user of pulseway to 10+ years
Comentarios: I have been using Pulseway for over 10 years, and overall, it has been a great experience. The product continually evolves, and the new features are always relevant. The pricing is reasonable, making it affordable for small and medium-sized businesses like ours while still providing great value. Keep up the excellent work, team!
Puntos a favor:
Managing servers and desktops remotely allows me to deliver an excellent end-user experience from our IT team. The Windows and third-party patching module has significantly minimized the time I spend keeping servers and desktops updated, all while maintaining oversight of the deployments.
Contras:
The remote control feature requires improvement to match the reliability of TeamViewer and currently lacks a centralized management screen for seamless connections. Additionally, the marketing team appears disconnected from the client database, leading to emails promoting products that I have already subscribed to.
Pulseway software
Comentarios: So far so good, it is a good product, but the lack of servers in SA makes it a bit hard to use the remoting function but in overall, a good system
Puntos a favor:
The ability being able to manage our devices remotely and that Microsoft RDP feature that blackens the remote unit screen for privacy.
Contras:
Lately there seem to be issues with Bitdefender where pulseway will show that a unit does not have and Agent installed where else there is an agent installed, this is making hard to reliably track which Units have AV on them

In the role of technical support I can discretely monitor remote systems and respond rapidly when problems arise. Automated scripts support distributing custom software components to any of our 10 robotic data collection systems.
I can keep all systems consistent while supporting many different study protocols and ever evolving experimental specifications.
As a data manager I am able to inspect and retrieve data sets without leaving my desk. Pulseway is an awesome tool as it has enabled me to fill two roles and still work from home half time.
Puntos a favor:
Automated scripts and remote monitoring of CPU and memory usage.
Contras:
Interacting with the mobile app can be counterintuitive.

Still Doesnt have romte access support on linux meaning you have to use a windows computer to remote into servers.
