The one feature I have been having trouble with is regarding the recent update adding Couple profiles.

SIMPLE Y FACIL DE USAR
Comentarios: Tiene una interfaz amigable, te permite navegar sin problemas, lo recomiendo.
Puntos a favor:
SimplePractice, es realmente fácil de usar y la interfaz de usuario es agradable. Hace que muchas de las tareas de documentación y facturación sean muy fáciles. Me facilita ocuparme de todo lo que necesito con respecto a la incorporación del cliente Algo para destacar es que se incluyen videos.
Contras:
En términos generales, no tengo alguna función que no me guste, es realmente muy buen programa.
Vale la pena adquirirlo.

Es intuitivo ofrece todo lo que se necesita para llevar a cabo las labores diarias, me encanto que es facil de implementar.
Contras:
Es algo molesque que ingremente su valor a medida que pasa el tiempo.
How about practicing with SimplePractice
Comentarios: Es un buen software,da un buen aporte pero tiene varias cosas por pulir.
Puntos a favor:
Es un software que por las funciones que tiene y la interfaz que tiene es intuitivo y fácil de aprender a manejar y usar para con el usuario, debido a esto su implementación es relativamente sencilla para cualquier empresa
Contras:
Se siente la falta de algunas funciones o lo básicas que son y así mismo si pudiesen ser mas económicas seria mucho mejor
Herramienta para recordatorio de citas
Comentarios: Recomiendo esta herramienta porque podemos mantener los recordatorios al día

Que es una herramienta para mantener mi trabajo en orden
Contras:
La falta de funciones avanzadas para poder hacer otras gestiones
Comercial sumamente confiable
Comentarios: En el mercado emergente es más difícil encontrar productos con tanta eficiencia como este, me ayuda mucho ya que reúne todas las características.
Puntos a favor:
Tiene todos los requisitos que buscas para ayudarte en tu trabajo cotidiano. Es simple y fácil de utilizar. De fácil acceso para cualquiera que desee un software de confianza.
Contras:
Se necesita mejor solo un poco en la imagen. Separar un poco los elementos a buscar con títulos más accesibles.

Great easy to use software

Like the name states. It was simple to learn and to use.
Contras:
Took a while to set up . Otherwise it was great.
Not Economical for my needs but a great platform overall

User friendly, logical interface, many ways to use it
Contras:
Overwhelmed with amount of features I do not require and the increase fee/overall cost for how I use it so I dropped and switched to another platform
Simple Practice
Comentarios: This was a very difficult EMR system to use for therapy
Puntos a favor:
The billing was pretty easy for the billing department
Contras:
It was extremely difficult to track progress, see goals, etc.
Alternativas consideradas:
A modern secure practice system.
Comentarios: It was pretty easy to set up and I'm still continuing to find extra features they offer. I like that they take cyber security seriously. I'm not sure why there are negative reviews about customer service as they have been quick to get back to me.
Puntos a favor:
The calendar is great, easy to use and you can see the times client's are scheduled. You can set up notifications to be alerted about appointment times. The customer service has been helpful and they are quick to get back to me. They offer a lot of great features.
Contras:
I would prefer more customizability with the invoices and Superbills.
Good software, more features needed
Comentarios: Overall, good experience from the onset. Communication however, was a bit challenging when seeking support.
Puntos a favor:
The simplicity of the software and its ease to use.
Contras:
There weren’t a lot features like option to mass message clients, differentiation between appt types and portal options for clients.
Simple Practice, intuitive EHS
Comentarios: Positive. I tried to use a different EHS but felt like it was overly complicated and unorganized so I went back to simplepractice and just bought a cheaper plan.
Puntos a favor:
The way it is organized feels intuitive and user friendly.
Contras:
Primarily the cost to send text messages (I would pay for that separately as an add on with the lowest plan)
Nice, user friendly software
Comentarios: Enjoyed the software overall, great for daily documentation and scheduling

It is user friendly, easy to navigate and aesthetically nice
Contras:
The evaluation template was not as detailed as I would have liked, so we would end up writing evaluations in a separate document and upload it into the system
Too simple for our practice.
Comentarios: We outgrew it quickly and so it was not a good fit for our practice.
Puntos a favor:
The cost and ease of use of the EMR was nice and the SOAP notes were easy to use.
Contras:
The fact that it was too simple. It didn't allow for multiple therapies as we grew.
Started off good
Comentarios: SP was familiar enough to TYH that it was fairly easy to get started using it. Where I ended up moving to another platform was when there was a shift in how data was going to be collected and used, and I needed a platform that was less visually distracting.
Puntos a favor:
SP was straightforward to use and had a lot of features that would be helpful for the solo practitioner as well as someone who was supervising pre-licensed folks.
Contras:
The interface is a little too busy and for some may be a bit overwhelming or distracting.
All in one
Comentarios: It is the "all in one" that a professional needs.
Puntos a favor:
It honors its name, it is very Simple to use, specially for medical records and professional documentation. It is helpful with scheduling appointments and billing.
Contras:
It could be a "too simple" or basic platform for what health profesionals are used to. However, it is very helpful and gives you a new vision of keeping simple documentation.
Simple Practice is okay!
Comentarios: It was a fair experience but I promptly left after concerns regarding the ownership of data.
Puntos a favor:
All of the features that were available and the ability to host a group private practice with the software.
Contras:
The cost of the product, not being able to customize the forms, and the lack of control and ownership of the data.
OK but not awesome
Comentarios: Meh....it isn't great, not horrible. Customer service is o.k. but email is their primary form of communication which has held me up and is very frustrating.
Puntos a favor:
the two way calendar sync what what I did this for
Contras:
clunky and hard to use. The display isn't great and it sometimes times out and doesn't save my note and I lose it.
Simple Practice lives up to its name!
Comentarios: They have everything that I needed to get my therapy practice up and running, and feel confident about growing my practice from there.
Puntos a favor:
I like that Simple Practice has all of the features that any mental health practice would need, and it can be as simple or detailed as the user likes.
Contras:
Maybe the only downside would be that if I do want to get more detailed with income charts or expense reports, things like that, maybe there might be a small learning curve, but definitely a doable one.
Simple says it all, easy to set up for solo providers
Comentarios: Simple Practice is fundamental and ideally suited for small practices not credentialed with insurance companies. It excels for solo providers, offering numerous features that many EHRs typically charge extra for, all while being highly affordable.
Puntos a favor:
Simple Practice is straightforward and user-friendly. Its setup is convenient, reducing unnecessary stress and simplifying error correction. Therapists may find it particularly beneficial, especially if they provide super billing or accept private payments.
Contras:
Accidentally deleting items can be problematic, especially when in a rush or with patients waiting, as retrieval can be difficult. The calendar system would benefit from improved templates to reduce the need for manual input, which currently creates excessive administrative time. The ability to apply changes all at once, rather than individually, would also be advantageous.
I recommend, but if you want to grow, it can get costly
Comentarios: Simple practice is very good for a small team or solo practitioner. When you start to get bigger, it might be wise to compare options.
Puntos a favor:
Simple practice is simple. That is so helpful for a software. It is much easier to set up than the one we are currently using. I also like the two-way Google calendar integration.
Contras:
If you start to add clinicians, then it gets pricey, simple practice does not differentiate between full-time and part-time clinicians in terms of pricing. So we switched, because adding part-time clinicians was getting too expensive for the software. It is also not a marketing centered software compared to the one we are using now.

Comentarios: I have been pleased with the use of this EMR and the ability to learn to use it.

The ability for client's to pay the invoices sent to them directly without my assistance.

Comentarios: Overall, I loved SimplePractice and wish I could go back to it.
Puntos a favor:
The ease of editing all assessments, notes, treatment plans, etc was FANTASTIC. I also loved how easy it was to adjust appointments in the calendar, send documents to clients, and so much more.
Contras:
The billing became a problem for the group practice I was working at. It was also a problem to have more than one contact on a client profile which was challenging for working with children. I believe this may have been fixed since I left that agency.

There's got to be something better than this
Comentarios: There is absolutely no customer service. Zero. There's no phone number no email nothing. It's just not acceptable for the price and the sheer number of customers they have. Also it's not simple at all.
Puntos a favor:
The best feature is that you can make custom forms and you can email consent forms to clients.
Contras:
It's very outdated and clumsy. I use very few of the features. They recently made updates which were more like decorations that really messed up the functionality and I can't take it anymore. I'm looking for something else.
