I liked the ease of use and how you can keep track of projects all in one place.
You cannot easily print a time line w/details. There are many situations at our company when we need to print a timeline and to my knowledge this cannot be done.

Easy Projects - Honest Review
Comentarios: Easy Projects has really helped our business quote projects and collect data on our previous projects. This made it possible to make comparisons and drill into our data to determine where our weaknesses were. We we're able to identify key areas, and improve them, creating shorter lead times, and increasing the efficiency of our resources.
Puntos a favor:
I like the structure Easy Projects provides. It's nice to have a software that is pre-built and ready right out of the box to collect your data and analyze it with reports. Instead of using software that you have to build your own reports, charts, and metrics. Easy Projects makes it simple to budget resources, time, and capital. Easy Projects also integrates with Zapier, which helped us automate most of our time entry needs.
Contras:
Some times the structure was too ridged. The financial tab isn't built for non-profit, and the learning curve for using the software was fairly steep.

There is a lot to list here. When we went hunting around for new PM software, we had a long list of needs & wants. Every competitor we reviewed fell way short. Not only did Easy Projects meet all of our needs, they are constantly innovating & improving upon the platform, making it better as you go. But on top of it all, they listed, and I mean I listened to and took lots of time with us to understand our needs and come up with the best approaches to tweak our instance to meet or exceed them. We're still in the implementation stages, but I'm impressed with how much work, attention to detail, and care they have put in all along the way, and I have no doubt the end product is going to be absolutely stellar. Their patience with our ever-evolving needs alone should be commended!
Contras:
Wish we could tweak some native fields, but that's nit-picky stuff. Overall we're happy with everything, but again we're still in the setup & transitoin phases.

An easy, intuitive way of managing time and the team

At our agency, we have many active projects and tasks under each project at any given time, and manage roughly 30 creatives assigned to those projects. Being able to easily bill and track time is super valuable, and the clean, simple interface makes that easier for everyone from the junior designer to the creative director.
Contras:
Many on our creative team only use it to track time and find projects, and some views have so many options to click or select, it can be hard to find the most common uses for our team.

At my organization, we often work on multiple projects simultaneously. Birdview makes it very easy to track progress across projects, view tasks for the day/week across all projects in one place, and easily navigate between projects using filters.
Contras:
I haven't gotten much use out of the task progress or financial tracking features, I hope to in the next 6 months. Would love to see a timer feature like Toggl Track for this.
Birdview's Flexible Modular Approach

Birdview's powerful modular approach can also present a hindrance depending on its user's preferred working conditions. For those who function well under stricter parameters, Birdview will be great for you once you get it off the ground and running, however - until then, it might present a bit of a learning curve because its pliability makes for multiple organizational approaches that might require some time for familiarization.

Simple Tasks, Useful Project Management Software
Comentarios: It facilitates collaboration and information sharing between workers engaged in various stages of product creation. Incredibly user-friendly, it allows you to effortlessly monitor how much time is spent on each activity across all projects. I like that data may be recorded automatically and that I can keep a record of my progress.

It's a fantastic medium for sharing information about ongoing projects and their respective stages of development. Time changes are easy to implement, and the status of each process may be viewed and updated as needed.
Contras:
After a project has been authorized, I'd like to see whether there's any way to make minor changes to it. I'd like to revise the project's timetable and timeline in the event that my supervisor is unavailable to do so.

I have been using Birdview for some time now, and I am impressed with the new platform updates. I was not originally a fan, but now I am an advocate. Although there are some things that I still think could be changed, it is a great improvement. One of the most helpful aspects of the new Birdview is its more user-friendly interface, which makes it easier to navigate and use, specifically the time feature. I love the way I can access the timer for any task from any place. I also appreciated the variety of features available, such as the ability to track progress, set goals, and collaborate with team members. Additionally, the customizable dashboards provided a clear overview of key metrics, which was incredibly helpful. Overall, I found Birdview to be a valuable tool for staying organized and on top of my tasks.
Contras:
Birdview lacks some of the advanced features found in other task management tools. For example, it doesn't have a built-in calendar view, which would make it much easier to see an overview of tasks and deadlines. Also, the collaboration features are quite limited, making it less ideal for team-based projects. Furthermore, while more user-friendly, the interface might only seem that way because it is less difficult than before. I believe a new customer would still find some level of difficulty setting up a project compared to other project management software. While Birdview is excellent for managing individual tasks, it may not be the best choice for more complex project management or collaborative work, depending on the need.

Also, the integration with some less common tools wasn’t as seamless as with the more popular ones, which required additional workarounds. Birdview is a useful tool for time tracking and reporting.

Sometimes tricky to navigate the user interface. I wish it was less redundant to add team members to a project each time.
Very efffective & useful, aside from search functions
Comentarios: The accountability of each person on the projects has significantly improved for my job functions. I found that it is easier to keep track of tasks/projects without spending too much time hunting them down. You can see what tasks you're waiting on.
Puntos a favor:
I like how easy it is to jump between projects and tasks. I also like how the tasks are set up under each project, showing you any dependencies you may need to keep in mind. I rarely use the gant view to see timelines, but I like the idea of it being there.
Contras:
The user experience could use some improving. It would be nice to see some more details on the projects that applies specifically to your department or business. I would also like to see a better messaging interface. It is also frustrating to try and find past projects that have been worked on- Often times I will search a project by the number its titled, and it never shows up in the search function. The searching for projects is the most frustrating part of the software.

Comentarios: Over experience is positive. User-friendly, global overview of multiple ongoing projects helps with gauging capacity and utilizability, and can go back for reference and edit if need be (flexible usage).
Puntos a favor:
Birdview is user-friendly. You can track multiple projects which can be broken into sub-projects/tasks. You can enter as you go, adjust post-hoc, and it saves automatically, so it's flexible in terms of each own's desired frequency of use. I also appreciate the calendar feature when tracking hours to flag which days meet quota (green) or are under (yellow) / over (red).
Contras:
All existing and pre-existing projects remain in the dropdown when selecting which project to track. If there was a way to hide some, it would be easier / more efficient to navigate through them. If you want to remove hours from a project, you cannot completely; it forces you to retain at least 0:01hrs (i.e. 1 min) - would just be cleaner if one could override this feature.

Very Good Management Software for Research Center in Advanced Manufacturing
Comentarios: It revolutionize the way we work, able to pin point our operating costs, identify employees that had difficulties, speed up our delivery time, able to analyse in depth multiple data point such as geographic of our clients, type of projects, sectors of activities, major suppliers, powerful CRM and audit project audit trail.
Puntos a favor:
Jame pack with features and able to customize with your operation. It only took 4hrs of training for our staff and about 2 months of transition phase, and now we are very fluent in the use and would not be able to work without it.
Contras:
You can easily erase data, but is user right manageable, no backup, vacation module does not have request or approval, financial calculates internal cost (exact cost of the employee salary) but does not have an option to calculate the actual cost of the project with the hourly charging rate (i.e. 5hr @100$/hr vs 35$/hr for the salary). Lastly, you cannot easily adjust the size of the fields.
Easy Projects has been a game changer by streamlining projects and improving work processes.
Puntos a favor:
Easy Projects is very flexible. We began using the software focused on the work process between two specific divisions. Upon learning of the success among these teams, more divisions expressed interest and are currently being onboarded. Although their work process needs are completely unique and require individualized approaches to ensure success, this software has proven that it can expand and adapt as needed. Your imagination is the only limit with this product!
Contras:
Although minor, there are still some areas that would ideally be changed to work better for our needs as a company. However, these particular areas can't be personalized yet so we have had to adapt our processes to fit the product. These areas have not hindered our work but I do look forward to the day when they can customize all features to the specific client accounts.
Started with a demo for the need of a better inhouse job tracking system for our 2000 plus projects

accountability between project managers and our creative staff. managed expectations with regards to budget and deadlines. Also helped with our ROI with certain clients where we have to charge per hour ( we are large in house marketing department who have not had to charge out).
The budgeting platform and invoice collection has bee so easy to manage and understand.

Extemly user friendly but more important the support and admin staff there have almost become family, helping us customize and work through our many growing pains of adding more and more divisions. Lots of custom work done on our behalf for a really personalized product. Right now I feel we have only had positive experiences Even at times of connective glitches, they are dealt with right away and never last long enough to affect our workflow. They have become real partners in our work day.

I like the project layout and easy gantt view. The way we log hours is nice. I like being able to assign tasks with minimal effort. Makes my job easier.

If I try to export comments or a report from a certain date period I can't filter it. That would be nice. A solid project management solution
Comentarios: We are a busy marketing and communications office with a very heavy and steady workload. Easy Projects helps to foster communication within our office around projects of varying priorities.

Easy Projects helps us to establish accountability and stick to deadlines. There are multiple ways to view one's assignments, which is a helpful way to accommodate different preferences and working styles.
Contras:
It's not feasible to share work product -- especially larger files, such as layered design projects or videos -- through the system. The ability to do so or otherwise foster collaboration within the platform would be very helpful.
