HH.) , también conocido como HRIS (sistema de información de recursos humanos, por sus siglas en inglés) o HRMS (sistema de gestión de recursos humanos, por sus siglas en inglés), ayuda a las empresas a gestionar datos de sus empleados como contacto, asistencia, nóminas, formación y beneficios. La mayoría de sistemas HRMS se integran con programas de nóminas y de seguimiento de contratación/candidatos.

Ventajas del software de recursos humanos

El personal de RR. HH. debe realizar distintas tareas, como registrar los datos de los empleados, gestionar documentación administrativa o administrar el cumplimiento y las nóminas del personal. Si todo este trabajo se hace manualmente, su complejidad y responsabilidad pueden resultar una carga para el personal de RR. HH., especialmente en pequeñas empresas con pocos empleados.

El software de recursos humanos ayuda a tu empresa a automatizar las tareas básicas de RR. HH. para lograr una mayor eficiencia y productividad en los procesos.
